In 1988, Brian Collins left a career selling off road and underground tires to the coal mining industry to become a Primerica entrepreneur – a decision that changed his and wife, Angie’s, lives forever. “When we joined, we needed to earn an extra $1,000 per month,” recalls Brian. “What we found was a business that allows us to earn a great full-time income while helping people learn to save and invest their money wisely. That is still very exciting to us.”

The Collinses had already qualified to exercise full ownership* and their recent third diamond** achievement further accentuates a very successful Primerica career. Primerica leaders receive the Ring when they earn $100,000 in a single 12-month period and diamond accents for each additional $100,000 they earn within the same timeframe.

“Ownership means everything to me and my family,” Brian enthuses. “If something were to happen to me, my wife and daughters would have the option of continuing to grow our family business.”

Awesome job, Brian and Angie! Every new milestone you hit adds more value to the solid business you’re building.

In the 12‑month period ending in December 2011, Primerica paid a total of $504,514,944 in compensation to the sales force at an average of $5,544 per licensed representative. Average RVP earnings are typically higher. Actual gross cash flow is, among other factors, dependent upon the size and scale of a representative’s organization, the number of sales and the override spread on each sale, and the ability and efforts of you and your downlines. Having said this, Primerica provides a tremendous opportunity for individuals who work hard and who desire to develop a business with strong income potential. 13PFS152

& Samantha Sheppard

Benjamin & Samantha Sheppard, of York, PA, say one of their biggest goals for 2012 was to achieve full ownership at the $300,000 level.* Primerica reps receive the Ring when they reach the $100,000 income level within a single 12-month period and diamond accents for each additional $100,000 they earn within the same timeframe.

“That this business allows me to take care of my family is ridiculous,” Benjamin smiles. “We have two daughters and it is so nice for Samantha and me to give them even more options than we had growing up. Now that we’ve achieved ownership, we can work on increasing the size and value of the business we own.** We are more excited than ever to grow leaders in our business that obtain ownership for their own families.”

He continues, “When it comes to growing your income (and your business) it’s all about making the decision to do it. At Primerica, there are no caps on what you can potentially earn. We believe if you’re not consistently growing your income here then you’re probably too comfortable where you are.”

Awesome job, Benjamin and Samantha! You got “uncomfortable” and your business grew!

Gonzalezes Take On the National Sales Director (NSD) Level, Earn a Third Diamond

Saturday, December 1st, 2012

The month of September kicked off an exciting new era for Gus & Johanna Gonzalez, of Norcross, GA. Not only did they build it BIG to advance to NSD, but they also qualified for full ownership* with their third diamond achievement! (Primerica leaders receive the Ring when they earn at least $100,000** in income in a single 12-month period and they earn diamond accents for each additional $100,000 in cash flow within the same timeframe).

“We are honored to have reached these milestones,” enthuses Gus. “NSD is an uncommon achievement and we feel very strongly that our advancement is a testament to our team. We have an incredible group of RVPs and Future RVPs in our hierarchy.”

Gus and Johanna are excited to celebrate two huge milestones for their business, but they say they’re most thrilled to be eligible to exercise full ownership. “I had a serious health scare a week before we went over $300,000,” says Gus. “All I could think of was what would happen to my family and my business. Thank God everything is okay now with my health – and we now own our business! I am so thankful my family now has financial security through ownership.”

Big congratulations, Gus and Johanna! You are setting a great example of success for anyone to follow.

Lis Earn a Third Diamond

Tuesday, October 30th, 2012

Glenn & Xiomara Li, of Edison, NJ, are beyond thrilled to have earned their third diamond* and qualified for full Ownership!** (Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000 in income within a single 12-month period and diamond accents for each additional $100,000 of income they earn within the same timeframe).

“When we first joined Primerica, we really had no direction in life,” says Glenn. “I was 23 years old and trying to figure out what I wanted to do. Primerica gave us something to be part of. Our leaders showed us that we can become better people – and we could do something important with our lives. Along the way, we realized we also had the chance to create wealth for ourselves by helping others.”

He continues, “The best part about this business is watching our teammates grow. To see them go from ‘I don’t know if this is for me’ to ‘I’m one new teammate away from double digits!’ It is really important to us to create a winning environment – where everyone is growing, making money and making a difference.”

Now that the Lis are qualified for full Ownership, Glenn says they feel even more proud of the business they’re building. “Ownership is what building your own business is all about,” Glenn enthuses. “It’s having the ability to leave a legacy to your family. Ownership is what separates a business from a job. It gives us peace of mind knowing that the people we care about will be OK when we aren’t around.”

Fantastic work, Glenn and Xiomara! Every milestone you hit and every family you help adds value to the legacy you are building.

Genestins Bling It Up a Third Time

Wednesday, October 24th, 2012

Last month, Charlemont & Marlene Genestin, of Miami, FL, were recognized for their Senior Vice President advancement. Now, they’ve taken their business to the next level again by earning their third diamond* and qualifying for full Ownership!** (Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000 in income within a single 12-month period and diamond accents for each additional $100,000 of income they earn within the same timeframe).

“It feels really good to be where we are right now,” enthuses Charlemont. “We’ve been following the principles Primerica teaches – saving and investing for our future. It’s really important to us to have the means to live the life we want while being in a position to help our family and friends financially when they need us.”

Besides the income, Charlemont says qualifying as a full Owner is a dream come true. “Like most people, I used to work for someone else before Primerica,” Charlemont reflects. “Because of Primerica, we now have the ability to leave something of value to our children. You can’t do that in a job!”

Super job, Charlemont and Marlene! Your business is on fire right now – and you’re capitalizing on the momentum you’re building!
