Rising Stars Hit Third Diamond Level, Earn Ownership!

Monday, November 17th, 2014

Less than five years ago, Eric & Amber Davis, of Carson, CA, were stretched thin, each working two jobs to support their family. Today, the pair are new third diamond earners,* qualified for full Ownership of their Primerica business!** {Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000 of income within a single 12-month period, and diamond accents for each additional $100,000 of income earned within the same timeframe.}

“I worked as a parole agent full-time and as a school therapist part-time and Amber owned a childcare business and a small bakery,” says Eric. “We saw Primerica initially as a way to provide extra income for our family, but the positive and energetic atmosphere really made us comfortable with our decision to make a career change.”

He continues, “My ‘why’ is Amber and our daughter, McKenzie. I want to help provide them with a dream life – where they will never have to worry about money or base any decisions on whether or not we can afford it. It’s a very big deal for Amber and I to have achieved both of these milestones. We have an awesome team, all with similar goals to ours. We achieved the third diamond and full Ownership together and we feel like this is just the beginning for us on our journey to financial independence!”

Congratulations, Eric and Amber! Your focus on duplicating yourself and on growing your impact has enabled you to achieve this level of success – and will continue to help you stay on track for even bigger accomplishments!

Cunninghams Claim Third Diamond*, Ownership**

Derrick Cunningham, Tracey Cunningham

A few years ago, Derrick & Tracey Cunningham, of St. Albert, Alberta, were both single parents, hoping to use their individual Primerica businesses to give their children a better life. It was their decision to partner up in life – and in business – that made that dream possible.***

“When we met, we were drawn together by the same vision and work ethic,” recalls Derrick. “Now, we have a blended family and we run our business side by side. Partnership has made all the difference. Without us both being fully engaged in Primerica, we never would have reached our third diamond!”

Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000 of income within a single 12-month period, and diamond accents for each additional $100,000 of income earned within the same timeframe.

Before they joined Primerica, Derrick worked with troubled youth and Tracey worked as a personal trainer. “We had a combined income of about $70,000 per year,” says Derrick. “Now, we earn over four times that and have Ownership. There is no way to fully explain how we feel about that. Three years ago, we advanced to Regional Vice President at $160,000 of income and now we’ve almost doubled that. What we feel the most is gratitude.”

He adds, “Ownership has given us peace of mind that our future is taken care of. We know that Primerica will always be there for us – and we have assurance that Primerica will be a vital part of our family tree forever!”

Awesome job, Derrick and Tracey! Together you two are a force to be reckoned with – as your successes showcase!

*As of April 2014. From January 1 through December 31, 2013, Primerica Canada paid a total of $97,083,991 in compensation to its Canadian sales force, at an average of $9,315 per licensed representative. Actual gross cash flow is, among other factors, dependent upon the size and scale of a representative’s organization, the number of sales and the override spread on each sale, and the ability and efforts of you and your downlines. Having said this, Primerica provides a tremendous opportunity for individuals who work hard and who desire to develop a business with strong income potential. **The Ownership Program is subject to terms, conditions and applicable regulatory requirements. When Lester & Bernadette Jones, of Athens, AL, joined Primerica, their initial goal was to simply earn an additional $500 per month to pay down their credit card debt faster.

“Our first month, we were surprised to earn $2,000!” recalls Lester.* “We then began to wonder if we should go for the Watch. We weren’t even thinking about the Ring. In our minds, earning $100,000 per year was unattainable. We didn’t even know anyone who earned six figures!”

(Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000 within a single 12-month period and they earn diamond accents for each additional $100,000 of income earned within the same timeframe.)

Fast forward a few years and Lester and Bernadette are proud three-diamond earners*, qualified for full Ownership, a dream come true.**

“We did not accidentally earn $300,000,” explains Lester. “We saw that we were positioned to do something big in 2014 and Bernadette held me accountable to make it happen. For us, having Ownership means that my wife, our children, and our future grandchildren will have options and advantages that will help them maximize life’s opportunities. I love the thought of them starting out with a winning hand.”

Congratulations, Lester and Bernadette! You created options for your family by working hard, helping families and building a thriving business.

Travises Hit Third Diamond Mark*

Bill and Donna Travis

When Bill & Donna Travis, of Merrillville, IN, joined Primerica, they liked the idea of working together toward their family’s goals. “We were just excited to be in a business that allowed us to work side by side every day,” recalls Bill. “Our girls were 14 years old and 15 years old when we joined and over the last 32 years, the money we’ve earned has allowed us to do things with our family and for our family that we wouldn’t have been able to without Primerica.”

The Travises already had a successful business and Ownership, but at the 2013 Primerica Convention, they made the decision to up their game.** “We set the goal of $300,000 during the event,” says Bill. “It feels great to know that, in Primerica, you are never too old or have been around for too long to set goals and then go accomplish them!”

Big congratulations, Bill and Donna! Your consistent success proves that you’ve had a profound impact on the lives of those around you, over the years.

Holmans Take On Ownership*, Third Diamond**

Brian & Christy Holman

Brian & Christy Holman, of Modesto, CA, were just starting their adult life when they found Primerica. “We were broke college kids when we joined this business,” recalls Brian. “If we wanted something nice, we put it on credit. There were always bills or unexpected expenses. Today, our $300,000 per year income makes things a lot easier! We don’t live on credit and we save more per month than we used to earn.”

He continues, “It’s taken a lot of hard work to get here and it’s required a lot of change on our part, as leaders. We’ve really made a conscious decision to get better on a daily basis and we’ve prayed a lot! We have an amazing team with some of the finest people in the company. We feel very blessed to have this opportunity!”

Phenomenal work, Brian and Christy! You’ve put the principles Primerica teaches into practice, and it’s changed your present AND your future.
