Tanseys Score a Seventh Diamond

Saturday, December 7th, 2013

Primerica Representatives Joseph & Martine Tansey

Some pretty incredible things are happening in Joseph & Martine Tansey’s base shop right now – not the least of which is their seventh diamond achievement.* Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000* within a single 12-month period and diamond accents for each additional $100,000 of income earned within the same timeframe.

“We just promoted a new first generation Regional Vice President (RVP), Liz Alade,” says Joseph. “One of our other first generation RVPs, Luis Jean-Bart has a direct Division Leader, Hilvania DeJesus, who just earned the Power Builder Watch (which reps receive when they earn $50,000* of income and add at least 50 people to their team within a single 12 month period)!

“And our first second generation RVP, Jaime Zuniga, just earned his Power Builder Watch as well. We are extremely excited about our seventh diamond but we are so much more thrilled about our hierarchy’s success!”

Over the years, the Tanseys have grown from just the two of them to a large hierarchy. But the biggest change they’ve seen has been more personal. “Our belief in ourselves has been the biggest change,” reflects Joseph. “We’ve proven that if we put our minds to something we can achieve it. That belief in ourselves translates into our believing in others – that they can achieve more than they expect.”

Awesome job, Joseph and Martine! You’ve made a career out of pushing up people and it’s continuing to pay off for your family!

*As of September 2013. From January 1 through December 31, 2012, Primerica paid a total of $509,227,049 in compensation to its sales force, at an average of $5,513 per life licensed representative. Actual gross cash flow is, among other factors, dependent upon the size and scale of a representative’s organization, the number of sales and the override spread on each sale, and the ability and efforts of a representative and their downlines. Having said this, Primerica provides an opportunity for individuals who work hard to develop a business with unlimited income potential. 13PFS634

Joseph & Martine Tansey: Bling X6!

Friday, January 4th, 2013

The incredible Joseph & Martine Tansey, of Jamesburg, NJ, just hit another BIG milestone: the SIXTH diamond!* (Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn at least $100,000 within a single 12-month period and diamond accents for each additional $100,000 of income they earn within the same time frame).

“It feels great knowing that my team is growing and maturing in the business,” enthuses Joseph. “In fact, we can use our own cash flow as a measuring stick for our personal and team growth. The better we all get at the helping families and growing our businesses the more that translates into higher cash flows. Also, we are so proud of our team! We earned our fifth diamond early last year and since that time we’ve helped three strong teammates advance to the Regional Vice President level.”

“Four years into the business, I retired my wife from her job to come build our business with me full-time,” Joseph continues. “Today, we own our first dream home – a 4,500 square foot property on two acres of land. Since we started we’ve saved over a million dollars and our two children, ages 6 and 12 have fully funded college savings accounts, ready whenever they are.”

Big congratulations on an incredible achievement, Joseph and Martine! You are setting an amazing example of what success looks like!

Joseph and Martine Tansey

Just a few short months ago, Joseph & Martine Tansey, of Jamesburg, NJ, reached a big Primerica milestone when they advanced to the second highest level in the business, National Sales Director. Now, they’ve taken their business to another new high with the addition of a fifth diamond to their Rings! Reps earn the Primerica Ring when they reach the $100,000 in annual income within a single 12-month period, and they receive diamond accents to add for each additional $100,000 in income earned.

Tanseys Up Their Game for NSD

Thursday, March 17th, 2011

If Joseph & Martine Tansey, of Jamesburg, NJ, hadn’t heard about Primerica when they did, their lives could have been totally different. “I was a student when I was introduced to Primerica,” recalls Joseph. “If I’d have gotten a job, I would probably be making $50,000 a year instead of the nearly $500,000 that I cash flow through my Primerica business. There’s no doubt we made the right choice to join.”

One of the things that initially convinced the Tanseys to start their Primerica career was the ability to build something meaningful for themselves. “In the corporate world, hard work doesn’t necessarily translate into a better income,” says Joseph. “You’re always working for someone else instead of making your time count by working for yourself. We wanted to provide a better life for our family and to be a good example for our kids. Primerica lets us do that. Here, we prove to ourselves that we are special by the kind of business we’re building and by the impact we’re having on families in our community.”

The Tanseys have always been focused on others – and that’s how they achieved their most recent milestone: their National Sales Director (NSD) advancement. “We got where we are today by keeping the focus of our business on our people,” explains Joseph. “In this business, if you want to be successful, you can’t focus on yourself. You have to focus on helping your team reach their goals first – that’s what helps you get what you want.”

There’s no denying Joseph and Martine have power built their way to a very successful business. But as thrilled as they are with all their past achievements, Joseph says the best is yet to come. “We are very excited about 2011,” Joseph enthuses. “This is going to be a breakout year for us. We believe our efforts leading up to this point are going to be compounded this year. We expect to see our team hitting new and bigger milestones. Plus, all the new initiatives that the company keeps announcing are going to take our business into greatness!”

Amazing work, Joseph and Martine! You reached the NSD level by focusing on others – and that same single mindedness will help you stay on track for even bigger things in your future.
