Chawlas Reach Ultimate Level: Senior National Sales Director (SNSD)!

Friday, May 2nd, 2014

It’s been an incredible journey so far for new SNSD Satish & Madhu Chawla, of Richmond Hill, NY – and they’re far from “done.” “We came to the United States with $200 in our pockets, three kids and a big dream,” recalls Satish. “Today, we are financially independent and live a wonderful lifestyle.*

Each of our three kids is a Primerica Regional Vice President. Our eldest, Ankur, wears the Ring; our oldest daughter Nidhi has the Watch; and our youngest son, Amit, was just promoted to RVP.”

He adds, “It is extremely gratifying knowing that there is a company like Primerica where hard work is recognized and rewarded. But we are not slowing down at all! We still have a lot more to do in Primerica! Success is a journey, not a destination. We want to continue helping our teammates climb the ladder of leadership until they also reach the top.”

Big congratulations, Satish and Madhu! Your business is a fantastic example not only of what a thriving family business looks like, but also what true leadership – with the success of others as a priority – is all about.

*As of February 2014. From January 1 through December 31, 2013, Primerica paid a total of $536,506,140 in compensation to its sales force, at an average of $5,614 per life licensed representative. Actual gross cash flow is, among other factors, dependent upon the size and scale of a representative’s organization, the number of sales and the override spread on each sale, and the ability and efforts of a representative and their downlines. Having said this, Primerica provides an opportunity for individuals who work hard to develop a business with unlimited income potential. 14PFS184

Reaching the ultimate level of leadership in Primerica is the culmination of hard work, strong leadership and an outstanding dedication to helping others achieve success. New SNSDs Darrell & Teresa Taylor, of Lombard, IL, have made a career out of changing lives, as this promotion proves.

“It feels awesome to be at this level,” enthuses Darrell. “All the hard work of our team and the exceptional environment created by company leadership and the Home Office team has paid off!”

Prior to joining the business that changed their lives, Darrell worked as a nuclear engineer. “I was an employee stuck in the corporate world,” reflects Darrell. “Primerica gave us the opportunity to build a business, become financially independent, and to become free. Today, we own our business and our daughter works with us, giving us the opportunity to build a multi-generational legacy.”*

Big congratulations, Darrell and Teresa! Your promotion represents many, many lives who are better now for having met you!

Hightowers Rise to Senior National Sales Director (SNSD)

hightower

New SNSD Peggy Hightower, of Lanham, MD, joined Primerica because she wanted a chance to provide her family with the kind of future that wouldn’t have been possible on her Registered Nurse salary. What she found in Primerica turned out to be so much more.

“Having more money is a good thing, but it’s the freedom that comes with that income that really changes your life,” enthuses Peggy. “Because of Primerica, ‘Honey’ (husband Eric), and I live a life of significance in our community – contributing to our church and to the causes we want to support. Our impact on others is so much greater than it ever could have been if I’d remained a nurse and if ‘Honey’ had stayed with the railroad.”

As thrilled as the pair is about their promotion in May, they are even more proud of their team. “As leaders, we set specific growth goals for our RVPs and then they took that encouragement and ran with it,” smiles Peggy. “Just looking at our team and seeing how excited they are about reaching their goals gives us a lot of satisfaction.”

Incredible work, Peggy and Eric! Your community is a better place because of your and your team’s efforts.

New Senior National Sales Directors (SNSDs): Steven & Patrizia Battiston

Sunday, August 5th, 2012

Growing up, Steven Battiston, of North York, Ontario, followed the same traditional advice that many parents still deliver to their children: get a good education and the corporate world will be your ticket to success. But, like so many people, the corporate dream turned out to be anything but. “I studied hard, I got a degree but, at the end of the day, my lack of experience kept the big companies away,” recalls Steven. “But not Primerica! Primerica didn’t care about my experience or my degree. Rather, Primerica was built for people who are willing to learn and who have the drive and determination to take control of their own futures.”

Today, 18 years after making the decision to become a Primerica entrepreneur, Steven and his wife, Patrizia – who he met in the business – are new SNSDs with a thriving business. “It has been a dream working together, sharing our life together, building our future together,” smiles Steven. “Patrizia came to Primerica a little differently than I did. Her father always told her to work for herself instead of building someone else’s future. She saw this opportunity as a chance to correct the injustices she’d seen done to families by others in the financial industry. Together, we are fighting to make a difference – and create the future we want for our own family.”

Steven says that, as thrilled as they are about their advancement, they know they couldn’t have done it without the support of their team. “You cannot get to the SNSD level alone,” reflects Steven. “What we have always focused on is recruiting and building. And through that practice we have found incredible leaders who continue to amaze us with their relentless pursuit of success and a competitive nature that is awesome!”

He continues, “There are no words to describe reaching this level. It feels like we’ve reached the summit of a mountain, but we’re far from done. Our goals have always been to help others reach their own ‘summit’” as well!

Fantastic job, Steven and Patrizia! Your hard work and determination have brought you to Primerica’s highest level. You’re building a business by helping others achieve their goals – and that’s a business model worth following!

New Senior National Sales Directors (SNSDs): Omar & Danielle Oropesa!

Tuesday, July 10th, 2012

Omar & Danielle Oropesa, of Miami Lakes, FL, are beyond thrilled to have reached one of their biggest goals: the SNSD level. “It feels like reaching the top of a mountain,” enthuses Omar. “Besides being chosen for the MVP award at the 2011 Convention and being inducted into the Wall of Fame, this is definitely one of our top three honors so far in the business. The Million-Dollar Ring is next!”*

Getting to the SNSD level is a huge accomplishment because it proves that a leader has put into practice the principles Primerica teaches – leading from the front, pushing up people and becoming a big force for good in their community. “In this business, you get to the next level by focusing on your people – helping them to become competent,” reflects Omar. “You need to do it first, get fully licensed, master your craft, then teach people what you know over and over again until you have a business. That’s how you become successful in Primerica.”

The Oropesas have certainly done just that – and they did it by building an organization that they are extremely proud to lead. “Right now we have 941 licensed leaders in our hierarchy,” Omar smiles. “One of our big-time goals is to bring that up to 1,000 – which we plan do to in the next 60 days! We also have four near term RVPs that we plan to help advance in the next year.”

He continues, “Freedom drew us here and today the financial principles we learned through this business and put into practice with our savings and investments have enabled us to become multi-millionaires*. We get to wake up and live our lives how we want to because we paid the price. We love this business, have lofty goals and remain very much engaged in growing our hierarchy!”

Big congratulations, Omar and Danielle! Your success is a powerful example of the power of the Primerica system. You did what it took in the early days to build it big and you’re well on your way to the Million-Dollar Ring because of it!
