Mario & Franny Arrizon, of Riverside, CA, continued their all-out run for the Million-Dollar Ring by crossing over the seventh diamond* mark in November (their third diamond of 2014) and closing out the year as the first Millennials to reach the SNSD level (their second promotion of the year, as well) a month later!

(Primerica leaders receive the Ring when they earn $100,000* of income within a single 12-month period. They receive diamond accents for each additional $100,000 of income they earn within the same timeframe.)

“We feel like our hierarchy is one big base shop,” enthuses Franny. “Everyone is pulling together and is so united in all going for the same goal – to become a million-dollar hierarchy by the Convention. We’re all on the same page. We’re seeing people helping each other cover appointments or do other things to keep us all moving forward. We have such an amazing team!”

She continues, “We are totally focused on helping our people grow their businesses and make money, and that focus is pushing us all up to the next level. We have our team goals all mapped out and we’re not looking left or right. Most of our teammates are Millennials, and it’s so exciting to see young people, like ourselves, having big success!”

Phenomenal job, Mario and Franny! You had another stellar year in the business – growing by leaps and bounds – because of your wholehearted focus on helping others achieve success.

*As of November 2014. From January 1 through December 31, 2014, Primerica paid a total of $593,056,197 in compensation to its sales force, at an average of $6,030 per life licensed representative. Actual gross cash flow is, among other factors, dependent upon the size and scale of a representative’s organization, the number of sales and the override spread on each sale, and the ability and efforts of a representative and their downlines. Having said this, Primerica provides an opportunity for individuals who work hard to develop a business with unlimited income potential. 15PFS24

Carreons Reach New High

When Susan & Art Carreon, of Riverside, CA, made the decision a few years ago to push their family business to the million-dollar level (and beyond), they also committed to making a huge impact on the lives of those around them. Their recent seventh diamond achievement is a big step along their path to “legend” status.*

(Primerica leaders receive the Ring when they earn $100,000* of income within a single 12-month period. They receive diamond accents for each additional $100,000 of income they earn within the same timeframe.)

“It looks like our million-dollar run is right around the bend,” smiles Susan. “We are so truly excited for what’s happening across our entire hierarchy! We have three Regional Vice Presidents who have put on the Ring this year, and there are plenty more coming up right behind them.”

The key to their continued success, besides their commitment to making it happen for their family, is on what they focus. “When you focus on the growth of others, and take yourself out of the equation, great things can happen,” explains Susan. “Grow more, license more, promote more, and focus on team cash. When you do those things, your business – and your income – can grow.”

Amazing work, Susan and Art! You’re committed to making a difference and focused on pushing up people … and your family is reaping the rewards.

Presslers Earn Seventh Diamond

pressler

Mike & Kirsten Pressler, of Oakland, NJ, left behind Mike’s career as a computer sales representative to go into business for themselves with Primerica. That decision impacted not only their own family, but also the countless families they and their team have served over the years. “Primerica has given us the freedom to be ourselves, and to be a part of other people’s pursuit of freedom,” explains Mike. “It has also allowed us to help others and to be there for our family.”

As new seventh diamond earners, the Presslers are thrilled to be at this level in business. {Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000 of income within a single 12-month period, and diamond accents for each additional $100,000 of income earned within the same timeframe.}

But it’s not just about their own personal successes. “Getting the seventh diamond is especially exciting because it puts us that much closer to our goal of being a million-dollar earner,” says Mike. “However, the most exciting thing for us is the fact that, at this level, diamonds become much more of a team award than an individual one. Our income is a manifestation of the work and growth of our awesome team.”

Awesome job, Mike and Kirsten! Your focus on pushing up people is paying off for yourselves, as well!

It’s a Seventh Diamond for the Farajes*

faraj

When Asaad Faraj, of Southfield, MI, joined Primerica, his primary goal was to make enough money to help his parents keep their home. As the years progressed, and as he married Lois and they started their family, their goals of building a successful business in order to help others only grew.

“I often tell our team that if you come here to make money for material possessions then you will probably leave after a few rejections,” Asaad explains. “But if you come here to make money to bless the people you love and to give back to the less fortunate, you can run through brick walls and forget to feel the pain!”

It is the Faraj’s “why” of providing a great life for their three children while helping others around them to do the same that keeps them focused on growing their business. “What motivates us to keep working – and to inspire our team to do the same – goes beyond just making their family comfortable,” reflects Asaad. “Through our Primerica business, my family is able to go on missions trips around the world and to give time, money and resources to the less fortunate. No words can describe the life we now live and what we’ve been able to do for others because of this business!”

Phenomenal work, Asaad and Lois! You have made a career out of helping others – inside Primerica and outside – making your successes even more meaningful.
