lashner

Big congratulations to Primerica superstars, Howard & Maria Lashner, of Huntingdon Valley, PA! This incredible duo recently earned their seventh diamond, putting them on track for the Million-Dollar Ring!* {Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000 of income within a single 12-month period, and diamond accents for each additional $100,000 of income earned within the same timeframe.}

Way to go, Howard and Maria! Your focus on duplicating yourself is helping your team grow and, as a result, a more successful business!

*As of August 2014. From January 1 through December 31, 2013, Primerica paid a total of $536,506,140 in compensation to its sales force, at an average of $5,614 per life licensed representative. Actual gross cash flow is, among other factors, dependent upon the size and scale of a representative’s organization, the number of sales and the override spread on each sale, and the ability and efforts of a representative and their downlines. Having said this, Primerica provides an opportunity for individuals who work hard to develop a business with unlimited income potential. 14PFS506

Presslers Earn Seventh Diamond

Mike & Kirsten Pressler, of Oakland, NJ, left behind Mike’s career as a computer sales representative to go into business for themselves with Primerica. That decision impacted not only their own family, but also the countless families they and their team have served over the years. “Primerica has given us the freedom to be ourselves, and to be a part of other people’s pursuit of freedom,” explains Mike. “It has also allowed us to help others and to be there for our family.”

As new seventh diamond earners, the Presslers are thrilled to be at this level in business. {Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000 of income within a single 12-month period, and diamond accents for each additional $100,000 of income earned within the same timeframe.}

But it’s not just about their own personal successes. “Getting the seventh diamond is especially exciting because it puts us that much closer to our goal of being a million-dollar earner,” says Mike. “However, the most exciting thing for us is the fact that, at this level, diamonds become much more of a team award than an individual one. Our income is a manifestation of the work and growth of our awesome team.”

Awesome job, Mike and Kirsten! Your focus on pushing up people is paying off for yourselves, as well!

It’s a Seventh Diamond for the Farajes*

faraj

When Asaad Faraj, of Southfield, MI, joined Primerica, his primary goal was to make enough money to help his parents keep their home. As the years progressed, and as he married Lois and they started their family, their goals of building a successful business in order to help others only grew.

“I often tell our team that if you come here to make money for material possessions then you will probably leave after a few rejections,” Asaad explains. “But if you come here to make money to bless the people you love and to give back to the less fortunate, you can run through brick walls and forget to feel the pain!”

It is the Faraj’s “why” of providing a great life for their three children while helping others around them to do the same that keeps them focused on growing their business. “What motivates us to keep working – and to inspire our team to do the same – goes beyond just making their family comfortable,” reflects Asaad. “Through our Primerica business, my family is able to go on missions trips around the world and to give time, money and resources to the less fortunate. No words can describe the life we now live and what we’ve been able to do for others because of this business!”

Phenomenal work, Asaad and Lois! You have made a career out of helping others – inside Primerica and outside – making your successes even more meaningful.

Lavins Score a Seventh Diamond*

lavin-jon-patte

Jon & Patte Lavin, of Conshohocken, PA, are thrilled about their seventh diamond achievement because of what it means for their family – and what it means for their team. Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000 of income within a single 12-month period and diamond accents for each additional $100,000 they earn with in the same timeframe.

“The reality is, we have a great team,” explains Jon. “The reason we’re having success is because of the success of our Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs). The new comp system is really rewarding us for developing strong RVPs. Patte – my biggest cheerleader – and I aren’t doing anything differently, it’s our hierarchy putting out record numbers that is making the difference.”

He continues, “In our hierarchy, seven teams did double-digit production in December. Last year, we produced five new RVPs in Pennsylvania alone – all of whom are at $50,000 of income or above. We have eight $100,000 or above earners as well. We’ve put in place an 18-month game plan to the Million-Dollar Ring, which we plan to accomplish by continuing to follow the company’s system for growth.”

Awesome job, Jon and Patte! The “system” is working for you because you’re “working the system” – and you’re helping your entire team learn to do the same!

*As of November 2013. From January 1 through December 31, 2012, Primerica paid a total of $509,227,049 in compensation to its sales force, at an average of $5,513 per life licensed representative. Actual gross cash flow is, among other factors, dependent upon the size and scale of a representative’s organization, the number of sales and the override spread on each sale, and the ability and efforts of a representative and their downlines. Tanseys Score a Seventh Diamond

Primerica Representatives Joseph & Martine Tansey

Some pretty incredible things are happening in Joseph & Martine Tansey’s base shop right now – not the least of which is their seventh diamond achievement.* Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000* within a single 12-month period and diamond accents for each additional $100,000 of income earned within the same timeframe.

“We just promoted a new first generation Regional Vice President (RVP), Liz Alade,” says Joseph. “One of our other first generation RVPs, Luis Jean-Bart has a direct Division Leader, Hilvania DeJesus, who just earned the Power Builder Watch (which reps receive when they earn $50,000* of income and add at least 50 people to their team within a single 12 month period)!

“And our first second generation RVP, Jaime Zuniga, just earned his Power Builder Watch as well. We are extremely excited about our seventh diamond but we are so much more thrilled about our hierarchy’s success!”

Over the years, the Tanseys have grown from just the two of them to a large hierarchy. But the biggest change they’ve seen has been more personal. “Our belief in ourselves has been the biggest change,” reflects Joseph. “We’ve proven that if we put our minds to something we can achieve it. That belief in ourselves translates into our believing in others – that they can achieve more than they expect.”

Awesome job, Joseph and Martine! You’ve made a career out of pushing up people and it’s continuing to pay off for your family!
