Jon & Patte Lavin, of Conshohocken, PA, are thrilled about their seventh diamond achievement because of what it means for their family – and what it means for their team. Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000 of income within a single 12-month period and diamond accents for each additional $100,000 they earn with in the same timeframe.
“The reality is, we have a great team,” explains Jon. “The reason we’re having success is because of the success of our Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs). The new comp system is really rewarding us for developing strong RVPs. Patte – my biggest cheerleader – and I aren’t doing anything differently, it’s our hierarchy putting out record numbers that is making the difference.”
He continues, “In our hierarchy, seven teams did double-digit production in December. Last year, we produced five new RVPs in Pennsylvania alone – all of whom are at $50,000 of income or above. We have eight $100,000 or above earners as well. We’ve put in place an 18-month game plan to the Million-Dollar Ring, which we plan to accomplish by continuing to follow the company’s system for growth.”
