Pascuite Earns the Ring

Wednesday, April 16th, 2014

Awesome job, Tom Pascuite, of Cranford, NY! This great leader received the Primerica Ring for earning $100,000* over the last 12 months!

*As of January 2014. From January 1 through December 31, 2013, Primerica paid a total of $536,506,140 in compensation to its sales force, at an average of $5,614 per life licensed representative. Actual gross cash flow is, among other factors, dependent upon the size and scale of a representative’s organization, the number of sales and the override spread on each sale, and the ability and efforts of a representative and their downlines. Having said this, Primerica provides an opportunity for individuals who work hard to develop a business with unlimited income potential. 14PFS143

Marulandas Hit Another Milestone: The Power Builder Ring!

marulanda

Mildred & Juan Marulanda, of Miami, FL, are on a roll! In February 2013, they advanced to the Regional Vice President level. Three months later, they earned their Power Builder Watch and now they’ve kicked off 2014 by doubling their income with the Power Builder Ring!

Primerica reps receive the Power Builder Ring when they earn at least $100,000* of income and add a minimum of 100 people to their team within a single 12-month period.

“This is just the beginning,” enthuses Mildred. “We’ve been focused on building, getting in front of more people every day and working hard – even when we didn’t feel like it.”

The Marulandas know all about hard work. Before they joined Primerica, they worked side by side in their chain of furniture stores. When the economy took a downturn, Mildred joined the business part-time.** Later, when Juan was diagnosed with cancer, Mildred went all in. “When he got sick, I went full-time so I could retire him,” she says. “He is my biggest supporter and now he has the time to focus on getting better and on enjoying life.”

Amazing work, Mildred and Juan! Your business is on an incredible upward trajectory, making you ones to watch!

Davises Score a Second Diamond

Saturday, April 12th, 2014

Eric & Amber Davis, of Carson, CA, have come a long way since Eric’s pre-Primerica occupation in law enforcement. “I was a parole agent for four years and before that, a probation officer for eight years,” recalls Eric. “Primerica was a chance for us to change our future. We wanted things that a nine-to-five was never going to give us. Here, we have a chance to get the things that we want for our family, not just the things we need.”

As excited as the pair is about their second diamond, Eric says they’re even more thrilled about what this milestone means for their future. Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000 of income within a single 12-month period and diamond accents for each additional $100,000 they earn within the same timeframe.

“It feels awesome – especially since we can now show our team how to reach this tremendous accomplishment,” Eric explains. “Reaching our second diamond is a milestone that we needed to accomplish on our way to our third diamond and qualifying for full Ownership.”**

Congratulations, Eric and Amber! You’re doing it first – putting in the work – so your team can follow your example and start achieving their own goals and dreams!

Klauses Earn a Second Diamond

When they joined Primerica, Kriss Klaus, of Lapeer, MI, left behind his $6,000-per year income as a member of his family’s dairy farm to become an entrepreneur.

“As a young man, I was drawn to the Opportunity to go into business for myself,” recalls Kriss. “In this environment, I was given the chance to develop my skill set and mature into my business. I knew I didn’t want to milk cows every day and Primerica gave me the chance to develop my talents.”

Now, Kriss and his wife, Renee, are new second diamond earners, on their way to the future they’re in business to create for their family. Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000 of income within a single 12-month period and diamond accents for each additional $100,000 they earn within the same timeframe.

“This accomplishment is huge because it shows our team that you really can earn a very good potential income in Primerica by doing the right things for families,” Kriss explains. “My family’s future is changed because of the atmosphere we have been exposed to here – one of dream-building, goal-setting, working hard and then enjoying the rewards of qualifying for incentive trips and earning a higher income.”

Incredible work, Kriss and Renee! Your accomplishment represents a lot of lives who you’ve had a hand in changing – in your community and on your team!

Montes Become Power Builders*

For years, Joseph Monte, of Landing, NJ, served in the U.S. Army and the National Guard while building a part-time Primerica business in his off duty hours.**

“I had quit college to come into the business with my upline, Jim Meyer, but I really had no direction at the time so I stayed part-time for many years,” says Joseph. “I’ve always wanted to do something in finance so when I finally got out of the military in 2006, I decided to do Primerica full-time.”

Today, Joseph and his wife, Nicole, are expecting their first child – and they’re starting their legacy now as Power Builder Ring earners (which Primerica reps receive upon earning $100,000 of income and adding a minimum of 100 people to their team within a single 12-month period).

“I don’t feel like Primerica is changing my life right now, but what this business is doing is giving us freedom and options for our future,” Joseph explains. “My parents divorced when I was young and my dad never got to come to my games or events. What Primerica will do for us in the future is allow me to always be around for my kid. By the time he or she is old enough to know Daddy’s face, we’ll have done what it takes to be truly free here.”

Keep up the great work, Joseph and Nicole! You’re well on your way to creating an incredible legacy for the next generation and beyond!
