Awesome job, Anthony & Kyle DeJesus, of Rego Park, NY! This great leadership duo received the Primerica Ring for earning $100,000* over the last 12 months!

*As of April 2014. From January 1 through December 31, 2013, Primerica paid a total of $536,506,140 in compensation to its sales force, at an average of $5,614 per life licensed representative. Actual gross cash flow is, among other factors, dependent upon the size and scale of a representative’s organization, the number of sales and the override spread on each sale, and the ability and efforts of a representative and their downlines. Having said this, Primerica provides an opportunity for individuals who work hard to develop a business with unlimited income potential. 14PFS273

Like most people, Cam & Tasha Cooper, of Homewood, IL, initially joined Primerica for the opportunity to make some extra money each month. What they found instead, is a business that changed their life.

“As time went on, we saw that we could really make a difference here,” recalls Tasha. “And, at the same time, we found that this business could help us become financially independent. Our ‘why’ is to create the kind of life for our children that we didn’t have, and to leave a legacy for generations to come.”

She continues, “Primerica has changed our family’s future in so many ways. It has allowed us to dream and to know that those dreams can come true. It has showed us how hard work and determination is the foundation for accomplishing anything in life and it has allowed us to show our children that anything is possible.”

Congratulations, Cam and Tasha! You earned the Power Builder Ring by focusing on helping others and now you’re on your way to even bigger successes in the future!

Lindsays Power Build to the Ring*

A few years ago, Josh Lindsay, of Naperville, IL, worked in the entertainment industry as an animation production manger. “At my old job, I had zero percent chance of making six figures,” reports Josh. “At Primerica, I knew I had a shot. Now, for my wife, Angie, and me to cross over $100,000 of income with no job and no boss is a great milestone and an awesome feeling!”

The Lindsays started out as clients – and they had already witnessed how Primerica helps families, even before they joined the business themselves. “One day we were clueless without any idea of how to achieve our goals, and the next we had a strategy we could understand and follow,” explains Josh.

“We joined because we wanted to learn more and help others in the same way. Primerica gave us hope. In our past dead end jobs, we had no hope to rise above where we were. Here, Angie and I can be a living testimony to our kids about commitment, leadership, a strong work ethic, and service.”

Awesome job, Josh and Angie! Your successes set a fantastic example of the power of entrepreneurship!

Lavins Celebrate Eighth Diamond Achievement!

Jon & Patte Lavin, of Conshohocken, PA, got a big step closer to their goal of the Million-Dollar Ring in April, when they crossed over the eighth diamond mark.*

(Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000 of income within a single 12-month period and diamond accents for each additional $100,000 earned within the same timeframe.)

“We’re starting to get a taste of what the million-dollar level is like,” says Jon. “The new compensation system is unbelievable! It rewards us for doing the right things – like promoting strong, competent Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs). In fact, I’ve identified 8-10 rising leaders who should be going RVP in the next few months.”

He continues, “Our entire hierarchy is producing RVPs. We even have leaders talking about going to Senior Vice President and National Sales Director. All those people focused on moving up – and helping their teammates move up – also helps us get to the next level. We’re also proud that our son, Zack, just got licensed and is eight months in the business with us!”

Phenomenal work, Jon and Patte! You’ve made a career out of helping families and now you have the pleasure of growing your family business with your son!

Pilancas Reach Another Milestone: the Power Builder Ring

Thursday, July 10th, 2014

Everything about Lilly & Henry Pilanca’s life has changed because they found Primerica. A few years ago, Lilly was waitressing at a local resort. When she heard about the business opportunity, she says she was drawn to the chance at freedom.

“I loved that at Primerica I could have the freedom to be my own boss and to control my income,” explains Lilly. “Primerica affords me the ability to work with my family, and we are compensated for our hard work. Not only that, but controlling our income enables us to provide our five children with every opportunity that comes their way.”

She adds, “Primerica has changed our family’s future forever. The positive business atmosphere has improved our mindset and it’s helping our children grow up thinking the same way. Here, we’re paying down our debts faster, we’re saving more for retirement and we have unlimited income potential!”

Fantastic work, Lilly and Henry! You’re leading from the front and proving that hard work plus Primerica pay off!
