Awesome job, Darlene Dumas & Don Lauzon, of Pembroke, Ontario! This great leadership duo received the Primerica Ring for earning $100,000* over the last 12 months!

*As of July 2014. From January 1 through December 31, 2013, Primerica Canada paid a total of $97,083,991 in compensation to its Canadian sales force, at an average of $9,315 per licensed representative. Average RVP earnings are typically higher. Actual gross cash flow is, among other factors, dependent upon the size and scale of a representative’s organization, the number of sales and the override spread on each sale, and the ability and efforts of you and your downlines. Having said this, Primerica provides a tremendous opportunity for individuals who work hard and who desire to develop a business with strong income potential. 14PFS445

Before Primerica, Jim Romanello, of Colorado Springs, CO, worked in property management, earning just $27,000 per year. Now, he and his wife, Lisa, are new second diamond earners, on track for even greater success.

(Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000 within a single 12-month period and they earn diamond accents for each additional $100,000 of income earned within the same timeframe.)

“The second diamond is a very big milestone for us,” explains Jim. “It’s evidence that we’ve been focused on helping others reach their goals.”

Being Primerica entrepreneurs has changed much more for the Romanellos than just their income. “Our family has freedom of time,” smiles Jim. “We love that this business has given us that. We also love that we have that freedom because of what we’re doing for others!”

Awesome work, Jim and Lisa! Your second diamond achievement proves you’re doing the right things to make a difference in your community and to help others achieve their goals and dreams.

*As of June 2014. From January 1 through December 31, 2013, Primerica paid a total of $536,506,140 in compensation to its sales force, at an average of $5,614 per life licensed representative. Finding Primerica changed everything for Pat & Susanne Mullaney, of Allentown, PA. “We feel so blessed that Primerica found us,” says Pat. “It’s an absolute fairy tale life. We impact countless lives, we have unlimited earning potential, and we are surrounded by the best people in the world, every day! Also, our three children have so many more opportunities that they never would have had without this business.”

He continues, “We spend more time with our kids than any parents we know in our community. You can’t put a price tag on that. More important than the money, our mental approach to life has changed – and we’re working hard to instill that same mental strength into our children. To earn our second diamond, we’ve focused 100% of our time on recruiting and training independent field trainers. For us, our success is all about building our team’s skills and successes.”

Congratulations, Pat and Susanne! Because of Primerica, you and your family are living the life you want – and you’re having a big impact on lives around you, at the same time!

Alan & Dena Baggiero, of Coral Springs, FL, ran into {Primerica President} Glenn Williams at the airport in February during the Primerica Waikiki incentive trip {trips which reps have the chance to qualify for about twice a year}.

“We committed to him that we were going to earn our fourth diamond before the La Costa trip, five months later,” says Alan. “That commitment made us very uncomfortable, but determined to make it happen.”

(Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000 within a single 12-month period and they earn diamond accents for each additional $100,000 of income earned within the same timeframe.)

He continues, “Primerica has taught us that in order to win in life and in business, we need to embrace being uncomfortable, because that’s the only way we grow. We are extremely happy and grateful to have reached the four-diamond level, yet only in Primerica can you feel grateful for your achievements, but not satisfied. On to the next!”

Congratulations, Alan and Dena! You challenged yourselves to grow to the next level, and then you put the work behind it in order to achieve it!
