When Lester & Bernadette Jones, of Athens, AL, joined Primerica, their initial goal was to simply earn an additional $500 per month to pay down their credit card debt faster.

“Our first month, we were surprised to earn $2,000!” recalls Lester.* “We then began to wonder if we should go for the Watch. We weren’t even thinking about the Ring. In our minds, earning $100,000 per year was unattainable. We didn’t even know anyone who earned six figures!”

(Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000 within a single 12-month period and they earn diamond accents for each additional $100,000 of income earned within the same timeframe.)

Fast forward a few years and Lester and Bernadette are proud three-diamond earners*, qualified for full Ownership, a dream come true.**

“We did not accidentally earn $300,000,” explains Lester. “We saw that we were positioned to do something big in 2014 and Bernadette held me accountable to make it happen. For us, having Ownership means that my wife, our children, and our future grandchildren will have options and advantages that will help them maximize life’s opportunities. I love the thought of them starting out with a winning hand.”

Congratulations, Lester and Bernadette! You created options for your family by working hard, helping families and building a thriving business.

Just seven months ago, Albert Dodd, of Orlando, FL, was celebrating his Ring achievement. Now, he’s added another successory to his accomplishments: a second diamond!*

(Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000 within a single 12-month period and they earn diamond accents for each additional $100,000 of income earned within the same timeframe.)

“It’s mind boggling to go over $200,000 in such a short period of time!” enthuses Albert. “As a team, we stayed focused on increasing our activity, with the mindset of building a business of value. I’ve found that if you recruit good people, grow your life and securities licensed leaders, and grow your assets under management, you can also grow your income.”**

When he joined Primerica, Albert was working as an English teacher, earning just $30,000 per year. Now, he’s educating in a different way – with a much better financial outlook. “I was drawn to Primerica by the opportunity to become financially free and to create my own security,” explains Albert. “It’s the support of the Home Office, and the many examples of successful field leaders that make Primerica the perfect environment to make our dreams come true!”

Incredible work, Albert! You’ve experienced phenomenal growth in a short period of time because you’ve focused on growing distribution and helping more families!

Diazes Bling It Up a Second Time*

Saturday, October 25th, 2014

A few years ago, Alex Diaz, of Bell Gardens, CA, was in school and working as an administrator, earning $60,000 per year. Finding Primerica gave him and his wife, Jennie, the opportunity to change their future, together.

“Because of this business, we have the chance to spend more time with each other, to save more, to help people and, most importantly, to give our family Ownership, which is our next goal,” smiles Alex. “It feels great to be at the two-diamond level. It shows our team that good things can happen when you focus on building.”

(Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000 within a single 12-month period and they earn diamond accents for each additional $100,000 of income earned within the same timeframe.)

Alex says their primary focus is on leading from the front and encouraging their team to follow in their footsteps. “Team growth has always been our priority,” explains Alex. “And in order for our team to grow, we need to go out into the field and show them personally how it’s done, so that they can then transfer that philosophy to their own downlines.”

Way to go, Alex and Jennie! Your focus on duplicating yourself is helping your team grow and, as a result, a more successful business!

Peñas Power Build to the Ring*

Tuesday, October 21st, 2014

Before Primerica, Maria & Roger Peña, of Indio, CA, earned a combined $73,000 from their careers as a sales rep (Maria) and meter reader (Roger). Now, the pair are new Power Builder Ring earners, with unlimited income potential as Primerica entrepreneurs.

(Primerica reps receive when they earn at least $100,000 of income and add a minimum of 100 people to their team within a single 12-month period.)

“It feels awesome to be making over $100,000!” enthuses Maria. “We are super excited about this achievement and know we couldn’t have accomplished this goal without the grace of God. Our goal is to lead by example for our team – something our mentors have always encouraged us to do. We’ve worked hard, kept self improving, and have taught others to do what we’re doing.”

The Peñas say it’s their family who motivates them to keep growing. “We have six daughters and two wonderful grandbabies,” explains Maria. “Primerica gives us hope to dream again, to keep fighting for financial freedom and to leave a legacy for our family. We want to be remembered as people who made a difference in the world!”

Incredible work, Maria and Roger! You’re at the beginning a great career as super builders!
