Navas Earn the Ring

Wednesday, February 25th, 2015

Fantastic work, Michael & Maddalena Nava, of Brick, NJ! This awesome duo took their business to the next level and earned the Ring! Primerica reps receive this distinction when they earn at least $100,000* within a single 12-month period.

*As of November 2014. From January 1 through December 31, 2014, Primerica paid a total of $593,056,197 in compensation to its sales force, at an average of $6,030 per life licensed representative. Actual gross cash flow is, among other factors, dependent upon the size and scale of a representative’s organization, the number of sales and the override spread on each sale, and the ability and efforts of a representative and their downlines. Having said this, Primerica provides an opportunity for individuals who work hard to develop a business with unlimited income potential. 15PFS24

Success as a Family Tradition

Darron Charles, of College Park, MD, was 10 years old when his parents, Walter & Ruperta Charles, joined Primerica. The more his parents got involved in the business, the more he saw them change. When it came time to choose a career for himself, the decision was simple.

“Before Primerica, my dad would come home every day, frustrated and angry,” reflects Darron. “He was working a job where he was overworked, underpaid and underappreciated. Joining Primerica changed him. He became more positive and started working on himself. He even had me read self-improvement books so I could learn to think like successful people do.”

He continues, “Before I went off to college, my father made sure I got licensed and took me to the 2005 Primerica Convention. That event changed my life. I knew then, that when I graduated from college, I was coming straight to Primerica.”

Now, just a few years after coming into the business full-time, Darron and his wife, Myra, are new Power Builder Ring earners, following in the footsteps of Darron’s successful parents.*

“The most challenging thing about joining my parents in the business was the self-improvement,” explains Darron. “But that was also the most rewarding – knowing from their example that as Myra and I get better as people and as business builders, that there are no limitations on what we can do.”

Congratulations, Darron and Myra! Primerica started changing your family’s future many years ago, and you’re now continuing that tradition of success for your own family.

Lavins Close In on Million-Dollar Ring

Jon & Patte Lavin, of Conshohocken, PA, continued their drive to the Ruby Ring when they steamed past the ninth diamond level to close out 2014!* (Primerica leaders receive the Ring when they earn $100,000* of income within a single 12-month period. They receive diamond accents for each additional $100,000 of income they earn within the same timeframe.)

“Our hierarchy is on a march to a million,” enthuses Jon. “Everyone is really going for it – in fact, we had our all time best December, including our best life insurance sales for the whole year. Our plan is to continue doing what we’re doing. We’re not really doing a special ‘push’ to the million, we’ve just got everyone focused on helping more people and really building it big.”

One of the most exciting things the Lavins see in their hierarchy is the increased energy and excitement from their downlines. “We have more individuals treating their business like a business,” explains Jon. “More leaders are building through recruiting and field training which leads to perpetual business growth. Our goal is to cross over the ten-diamond level by Convention.”

Awesome job, Jon and Patte! That Ruby Ring is right around the corner – keep up the great work!

Johnsons Put on Fourth Diamond

Monday, February 16th, 2015

Mike & Cindy Johnson, of Hurricane, WV, say they were “in” after they heard (Company Founder) Art Williams say that Primerica is a place where you don’t have to sacrifice your principles in order to build a business.

“He said that you should – and could – keep your priorities in order: God first, family second and business third,” recalls Mike. “He basically told us that we could have it all if we were willing to pay the price. Everything he said has come true for us.”

The Johnsons have come a long way from Mike’s $28,000-per-year job as a plant supervisor – building their business to the four diamond level.* (Primerica leaders receive the Ring when they earn $100,000* of income within a single 12-month period. They receive diamond accents for each additional $100,000 of income they earn within the same timeframe.)

“The most exciting thing happening right now in our business is the wall of wealth we are experiencing,” enthuses Mike. “There are just SO many people transitioning into retirement or inheriting money. They’re looking for someone who can answer their basic financial questions.** Our team has embraced this challenge and we look forward to growing that business and helping more and more families.”

Awesome job, Mike and Cindy! You and your team are there for your clients when they need you the most – and those efforts are helping you achieve some of your own goals at the same time.
