Peñas Power Build to the Ring*

Tuesday, October 21st, 2014

Before Primerica, Maria & Roger Peña, of Indio, CA, earned a combined $73,000 from their careers as a sales rep (Maria) and meter reader (Roger). Now, the pair are new Power Builder Ring earners, with unlimited income potential as Primerica entrepreneurs.

(Primerica reps receive when they earn at least $100,000 of income and add a minimum of 100 people to their team within a single 12-month period.)

“It feels awesome to be making over $100,000!” enthuses Maria. “We are super excited about this achievement and know we couldn’t have accomplished this goal without the grace of God. Our goal is to lead by example for our team – something our mentors have always encouraged us to do. We’ve worked hard, kept self improving, and have taught others to do what we’re doing.”

The Peñas say it’s their family who motivates them to keep growing. “We have six daughters and two wonderful grandbabies,” explains Maria. “Primerica gives us hope to dream again, to keep fighting for financial freedom and to leave a legacy for our family. We want to be remembered as people who made a difference in the world!”

Incredible work, Maria and Roger! You’re at the beginning a great career as super builders!

*As of July 2014. From January 1 through December 31, 2013, Primerica paid a total of $536,506,140 in compensation to its sales force, at an average of $5,614 per life licensed representative. Actual gross cash flow is, among other factors, dependent upon the size and scale of a representative’s organization, the number of sales and the override spread on each sale, and the ability and efforts of a representative and their downlines. Having said this, Primerica provides an opportunity for individuals who work hard to develop a business with unlimited income potential. 14PFS445

Michael Keating, of Oakland, NJ, says he knew right away that Primerica was a perfect fit for his goals and dreams. “I joined Primerica the day I turned 18 years old,” recalls Michael. “I loved the idea of never having a boss in my life. With Primerica, there are no limits on what I can achieve!”

Now, as a newly minted second diamond earner, Michael is in an even better position to create the life he wants. (Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000 within a single 12-month period and they earn diamond accents for each additional $100,000 of income earned within the same timeframe.)

“I’m very proud of this accomplishment, yet this is just the beginning,” Michael explains. “I’ve stayed laser-beam focused on my goals and I always lead from the front with personal production. I attribute each achievement I make here to the power of self discipline and constant self improvement.”

Keep up the amazing work, Michael! You’re headed in the right direction for big time success!

Jay Jenlink, of Jet, OK, comes from a long line of entrepreneurs, so when it came time to choose a career for himself and his own family, the only question was what kind of opportunity to pick.

“I’m a fifth generation entrepreneur,” relates Jay. “My wife, Stephanie, and I were drawn to Primerica by the chance to own our own business and to be able to build with no territories, no quotas, and no caps on our income.”

He continues, “Growing up in (and still living in) a small rural town in Oklahoma, Primerica has challenged us to dream bigger and to have a larger vision than we would have had in our previous occupation as a farmer and college student. Finding Primerica has changed our family’s future!”

Great job, Jay and Stephanie! You chose the right vehicle to carry on your family’s tradition of being in business for yourselves!
