Lougheeds Reach Fourth Diamond

Bernadette & John Lougheed, of Red Deer, Alberta, are fantastic examples of living a “no excuses” life. A month after she was life licensed, Bernadette had their seventh child. During the next few years, she had kids eight and nine. “We live on a farm, 30 miles from the nearest city,” says Bernadette. “We’re proof that if you want something badly enough, it doesn’t matter how many kids you have or if you live in a rural community, you can still build a big business.”

Earning their fourth diamond is a huge accomplishment by any standard. (Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000* of income within a single 12-month period and diamond accents for each additional $100,000 earned within the same timeframe.)

“In the real world $400,000 is like a fantasy,” explains Bernadette. “People don’t typically earn that much money. I’ve heard it said that Primerica is magical – and it’s true. Here, $400,000 and more is completely possible!”

Amazing work, Bernadette and John! You’ve used the people in your life to fuel your journey to financial freedom instead of allowing excuses to hold you back.

*As of April 2014. From January 1 through December 31, 2013, Primerica Canada paid a total of $97,083,991 in compensation to its Canadian sales force, at an average of $9,315 per licensed representative. Average RVP earnings are typically higher. Actual gross cash flow is, among other factors, dependent upon the size and scale of a representative’s organization, the number of sales and the override spread on each sale, and the ability and efforts of you and your downlines. Having said this, Primerica provides a tremendous opportunity for individuals who work hard and who desire to develop a business with strong income potential. 14PFS311

Luke & Kim Yanka, of Sutton, MA, are second generation leaders, following in the successful footsteps of Luke’s parents, Sam & Deb Yanka. “I was drawn to Primerica by the freedom to own my own life,” recalls Luke. “Our ‘why’ is to continue the legacy my parents started for our family and to develop a business that will pay myself and Kim for life.”

The Yankas got a big step closer to that goal with their recent Power Builder Ring achievement (which reps receive when they earn $100,000* of income and add a minimum of 100 people to their team within a single 12-month period). “This accomplishment is a culmination of hard work, effort in the right areas, and consistency,” says Luke. “We are so excited!”

Fantastic work, Luke and Kim! You’re continuing the tradition of success your parents began, and building on it for your own family’s future.

*As of May 2014. From January 1 through December 31, 2013, Primerica paid a total of $536,506,140 in compensation to its sales force, at an average of $5,614 per life licensed representative. Kameka and Marcus John

2014 has already been a phenomenal year for Kameka & Marcus John, of Valley Stream, NY. In February, they took their Senior Vice President promotion. Three months later, they earned their second diamond!** (Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000* of income within a single 12-month period and diamond accents for each additional $100,000 earned within the same timeframe.)

“We’ve done it by setting non negotiable goals,” Kameka explains. “We believe that we can reach the highest heights as long as we are willing to work hard – and find as many people as possible who are willing to fight with us to attain success.”

The Johns are thrilled about the milestones they’ve hit so far this year. But as excited as they are about their own personal successes, they are even more fired up about their team’s. “The most exciting thing going on in our business is the next group of Future RVPs who are preparing to get promoted!” smiles Kameka. “It’s exciting having the chance to help them to grow and achieve their goals.”

Congratulations, Kameka and Marcus! You’re well on your way to the financial freedom you came here to create for your family!
