Prukners Become New Owners with the Third Diamond

Tuesday, September 11th, 2012

A few years ago, Ian & Jess Prukner, of Auburn Hills, MI, were in the same financial boat as a lot of families. Ian’s $27,000 per year music minister’s position wasn’t really paying the bills and they needed some options. Enter Primerica.

“Something came alive inside me when I saw the Primerica opportunity,” enthuses Ian. “I couldn’t sleep for days just thinking about it. I just knew that if this business is as good as they told us it was at the Opportunity meeting that we couldn’t help but win here. It is, and we have!”

The Prukners came into the business fired up – and that enthusiasm hasn’t waned. In fact, Ian says the potential they see for their future is even bigger than before. “We’re happy to have earned our third diamond (Primerica reps receive the Ring when they reach $100,000 in income within a single 12-month period and diamond accents for each additional $100,000 in income they earn within the same timeframe),”* says Ian. “But considering where we see ourselves going, this is really just the beginning.”

He continues, “We were at $240,000 of income in January when the new Ownership Program was announced.** We recommitted and refocused right then to build the biggest base shop we’ve ever had! Now that we have Ownership, it feels awesome to know that my family has the security of the business Jess and I have built, forever!”

Way to go, Ian and Jess! Your successes are setting a standard of excellence that any future superstar can be proud to follow.

*Primerica income figures are based upon rolling 12‑month gross cash flow (including advances) as of June 2012. The cash flows stated are not intended to demonstrate the earnings of typical RVPs/representatives. Rather, the cash flows that have been cited reflect the potential that comes with building your business, and there is no guarantee that you will achieve any specific cash flow level. Most RVPs/representatives do not achieve the levels illustrated. In the 12‑month period ending in December 2011, Primerica paid a total of $504,514,944 in compensation to the sales force at an average of $5,544 per licensed representative. Average RVP earnings are typically higher. Actual gross cash flow is, among other factors, dependent upon the size and scale of a representative’s organization, the number of sales and the override spread on each sale, and the ability and efforts of you and your downlines. Having said this, Primerica provides a tremendous opportunity for individuals who work hard and who desire to develop a business with strong income potential.

Ian and Jess Prukner

Five years ago, when Ian & Jess Prukner, of Auburn Hills, MI, joined Primerica, they saw this business as a way to earn what they were worth. “I was working as a music minister earning $27,000 per year,” says Ian. “We were drawn to Primerica because we saw that here, we were compensated on our efforts and merit, not on the title or position we held. This business is a level playing field.”
