Primerica leaders come from all sorts of backgrounds and fields. Fiori Pagliuso of North York, Ontario, used to work as a cookie maker for a major commercial bakery but having the chance to earn a better income brought him to Primerica. “It’s awesome to see, just a few years later, how Teresa’s and my monthly income surpasses our former annual income!”* enthuses Fiori. “Earning a fourth diamond is a dream come true for us.” Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000 in income within a single 12-month period. They earn diamond accents for each additional $100,000 in income within the same timeframe.
As excited as this duo is about their achievement, they say they’re already looking forward to their next goal. “We can’t believe we are just one diamond away from half a million,” smiles Fiori. “It’s our incredible hierarchy team – who has been working so hard building their businesses and reaching their own goals – that got us to the $400,000 level and we are challenging ourselves to push hard to earn a fifth diamond by August.”
He continues, “We believe in leading by example. We want to give our teammates a copy worth duplicating. Instead of just telling our people what to do, we show them what to do by building side by side with them. We are so proud of our hierarchy and especially some of our key leaders who are on the verge of hitting some big milestones. When we think about where we are now and where we’re going, I thank God I didn’t stop when I failed the licensing exam 13 times. Because I didn’t give up and because I wanted to win badly enough, so many other people are now on their way to a dream life!”
Fantastic work, Fiori and Teresa! You’re building an incredible business by leading from the front and giving your team all the tools they need to become as successful as you are becoming!
*Primerica income figures are based upon rolling 12‑month gross cash flow (including advances) as of February 2012. The cash flows stated are not intended to demonstrate the earnings of typical RVPs/representatives. Rather, the cash flows that have been cited reflect the potential that comes with building your business, and there is no guarantee that you will achieve any specific cash flow level. Most RVPs/representatives do not achieve the levels illustrated. In the 12‑month period ending in December 2011, Primerica paid a total of $504,514,944 in compensation to the sales force at an average of $5,544 per licensed representative. Average RVP earnings are typically higher. Actual gross cash flow is, among other factors, dependent upon the size and scale of a representative’s organization, the number of sales and the override spread on each sale, and the ability and efforts of you and your downlines. Having said this, Primerica provides a tremendous opportunity for individuals who work hard and who desire to develop a business with strong income potential. 12PFS199
