Gonzalezes Take On the National Sales Director (NSD) Level, Earn a Third Diamond

Saturday, December 1st, 2012

The month of September kicked off an exciting new era for Gus & Johanna Gonzalez, of Norcross, GA. Not only did they build it BIG to advance to NSD, but they also qualified for full ownership* with their third diamond achievement! (Primerica leaders receive the Ring when they earn at least $100,000** in income in a single 12-month period and they earn diamond accents for each additional $100,000 in cash flow within the same timeframe).

“We are honored to have reached these milestones,” enthuses Gus. “NSD is an uncommon achievement and we feel very strongly that our advancement is a testament to our team. We have an incredible group of RVPs and Future RVPs in our hierarchy.”

Gus and Johanna are excited to celebrate two huge milestones for their business, but they say they’re most thrilled to be eligible to exercise full ownership. “I had a serious health scare a week before we went over $300,000,” says Gus. “All I could think of was what would happen to my family and my business. Thank God everything is okay now with my health – and we now own our business! I am so thankful my family now has financial security through ownership.”

Big congratulations, Gus and Johanna! You are setting a great example of success for anyone to follow.

*Primerica income figures are based upon rolling 12‑month gross cash flow (including advances) as of September 2012. The cash flows stated are not intended to demonstrate the earnings of typical RVPs/representatives. Rather, the cash flows that have been cited reflect the potential that comes with building your business, and there is no guarantee that you will achieve any specific cash flow level. Most RVPs/representatives do not achieve the levels illustrated. In the 12‑month period ending in December 2011, Primerica paid a total of $504,514,944 in compensation to the sales force at an average of $5,544 per licensed representative. Average RVP earnings are typically higher. Actual gross cash flow is, among other factors, dependent upon the size and scale of a representative’s organization, the number of sales and the override spread on each sale, and the ability and efforts of you and your downlines. Having said this, Primerica provides a tremendous opportunity for individuals who work hard and who desire to develop a business with strong income potential.

Stephenses Rise to National Sales Director (NSD)

Friday, August 24th, 2012

When new NSD Tony & Paula Stephens, of Dallas, TX, found Primerica, their entire future changed dramatically. “I earned just $11,400 per year cutting lawns and waiting tables,” recalls Tony. “I don’t believe there is another opportunity besides Primerica that would have allowed someone like me to show up with an IBA fee of $65 at the time and a big dream. Where else could that modest start result in our having reached the level of success that we have so far?”

As a young family, the Stephenses were counting on their new Primerica business to help them have a better life. And, through the hard work they and their team have put in over the years, and the number of families they have had a hand in helping, Tony and Paula say they are enjoying the rewards of building it big. “When we entered this business we lived in a one bedroom apartment that was so small, our first child had to share his bedroom with the family dining area,” recalls Tony. “Today, because of this business, we live in a beautiful gated community overlooking the 18th hole of a golf course. We have the opportunity to travel all over the world both with Primerica and on our own.”

He continues, “We always tell our new recruits that if you want to do what we’re doing, you need to come here with a sense of urgency and a clear focus of getting licensed, trained and building a team. Ask yourself, ‘what if I chase my dream … and catch it?’ At Primerica, you can!”

Fantastic job, Tony and Paula! You’ve built an incredible life for yourself and your family, and you’ve done it by changing a lot of lives in your community!

Bhullars Rise to National Sales Director (NSD)

Wednesday, June 20th, 2012

Growing up in India, new NSD Dilesh Bhullar, of Woodbridge, Ontario, says his dream was always to be somebody. He hoped to rise to success as a national level cricket player but didn’t quite make it. “During the time I was working hard at the sport, I also worked several side jobs to earn a living,” says Dilesh. “I was living the typical bachelor lifestyle – going to work and then partying on the weekends. I had no real direction but I hoped for something better.”

Then something happened that changed everything. “Laila and I had gone to school together but it wasn’t until several years after we graduated and I moved back to my hometown that we met again and started dating,” he says. “In February 1999 we got married and then in June emigrated to Canada to search for a better life. Two weeks after we arrived, I found Primerica.”

He continues, “This was my SHOT! I was instantly hooked. I loved the passion, the competition, the crusade, the recognition and the opportunity to have unlimited success. I felt like I was playing cricket again but with a much bigger sense of purpose.”

Dilesh says he and Laila love the fact that here, they can work together as a team. “If it weren’t for Primerica, my wife and I would both be working full time jobs and have very little time for each other or our kids,” reflects Dilesh. “We would probably have given up on most of our goals. But Primerica has helped us to keep our dreams alive. Here, we don’t have to sacrifice one important thing in our lives to have another. Our kids are growing up to be positive, focused individuals and Laila’s and my relationship is stronger than ever because we get to build a business and a life together.”

Awesome job, Dilesh and Laila! You’ve taken the Opportunity and are doing something extraordinary with it for your family!

Bootys Take It to the Next Level: National Sales Director (NSD)!

Monday, January 30th, 2012

Abram and Amy Booty

As a former high school coach, Abram Booty, of Shreveport, LA, knows a thing or two about motivating a team to go for greatness, and that skill is paying off both in his Primerica team’s successes as well as their own. “Our NSD advancement is truly representative of how our team is growing,” Abram reflects. “They’re achieving their own advancements and earning Primerica recognitions for their hard work and that’s helping us grow together.”

He continues, “My wife, Amy, and I are focused on building a big business so we can give our teammates an example to follow – like when we advanced to Regional Vice President a few years ago. We showed them how it’s done and we’ve been building them up to take their businesses to the next level even as we worked toward our own goals. We totally credit our downline leaders for getting us to where we are now.”

Like most people, Abram and Amy joined Primerica because they wanted to be in control of their lives, not be under someone else’s thumb. “We were looking for a way to have the freedom of time to spend with our family and an opportunity that would allow us to create the kind of lifestyle we wanted,” says Abram. “Primerica is the vehicle to help us do that.”

Phenomenal work, Abram and Amy! You’re setting a great example for your teammates to follow by doing it first!

Prukners Build It Big for National Sales Director (NSD)

Tuesday, December 20th, 2011

Ian and Jess Prukner

Five years ago, when Ian & Jess Prukner, of Auburn Hills, MI, joined Primerica, they saw this business as a way to earn what they were worth. “I was working as a music minister earning $27,000 per year,” says Ian. “We were drawn to Primerica because we saw that here, we were compensated on our efforts and merit, not on the title or position we held. This business is a level playing field.”
