Youngs Become National Sales Directors (NSDs)

Doug & Joy Young, of Worthington, OH, joined Primerica because they wanted to “be somebody.” More than two decades later, the newly minted NSDs have done exactly that, creating a successful business through helping others achieve their potential.

Galaneses Rise to National Sales Director (NSD)

New NSDs Nikole & Leo Galanes, of Toronto, Ontario, say their promotion still feels a bit surreal. “We have always looked at the NSD title with so much respect and admiration,” reflects Nikole. “Now, we feel a new excitement and a good pressure to grow into this position. Genestins Rise to National Sales Director (NSD)

Charlemont & Marlene Genestin, of Miami, FL, got a giant step closer to their dream life in November, when they advanced to NSD. “Since the beginning, our goal has been to work hard so we could have the freedom of time and money for our family,” explains Charlemont.

“At the NSD level, we’re finally to the point where we don’t have to work as hard out in the field, because we have built our business – and promoted strong Regional Vice Presidents – so that the money is still there. That leaves us free to lead and to develop new leaders.”

Charlemont says he always knew he wanted to be an entrepreneur and when Primerica came along, he recognized an opportunity to build a business without a lot of start-up capital. “The goal has always been to have a bunch of teammates making money so that we wouldn’t have to work forever,” says Charlemont. “Our focus now is to continue to bring in large numbers so we can find good people to continue growing the business with.”
