Doug & Joy Young, of Worthington, OH, joined Primerica because they wanted to “be somebody.” More than two decades later, the newly minted NSDs have done exactly that, creating a successful business through helping others achieve their potential.

“Our biggest ‘why’ is what {Company founder} Art Williams talks about: to be somebody,” reflects Doug. “We joined, among many reasons, because we wanted to make a meaningful difference in others’ lives and to do something about the wrongs being done to people financially.”

Now that they’ve achieved one of their biggest goals, the Youngs are looking forward to pursuing their Senior National Sales Director promotion – and impacting more families along the way. “We are blessed with an incredible team of people,” enthuses Doug. “The most exciting things going on in our business are our growth in Regional Vice President promotions, our team growth and licensing increases, and new leaders emerging on our team. We are so excited to expand and grow!”

Fantastic job, Doug and Joy! You are “somebody” to every family you help, every new teammate you show how to create success for themselves and their family, and to every person who learns to believe in themselves because of what they see you doing for others.

Galaneses Rise to National Sales Director (NSD)

Tuesday, March 4th, 2014

New NSDs Nikole & Leo Galanes, of Toronto, Ontario, say their promotion still feels a bit surreal. “We have always looked at the NSD title with so much respect and admiration,” reflects Nikole. “Now, we feel a new excitement and a good pressure to grow into this position.Akkurat dette gjorde bade Stine og Irene i forrige uke, og de fikk dermed 50 freespins hver pa gratis spilleautomater en Mega Joker – en god gammel klassiker. We feel a great sense of pride for our team at this accomplishment!”

When Nikole and Leo first joined Primerica, each was looking for different things out of their new business. As they grew as leaders, and as people, they say their dreams have changed. “What we love the most about Primerica is our ability to enjoy every day, whether it’s working with our team or helping a client, while still living life on our own terms. In the three years since we advanced to Senior Vice President, our lives have completely changed because of this business. And that inspires us every day that the same thing can happen for others.”

Awesome work, Nikole and Leo! You’re leading by example and helping breathe the belief into your teammates that anything is possible.

Genestins Rise to National Sales Director (NSD)

Monday, February 17th, 2014

Charlemont & Marlene Genestin, of Miami, FL, got a giant step closer to their dream life in November, when they advanced to NSD. “Since the beginning, our goal has been to work hard so we could have the freedom of time and money for our family,” explains Charlemont.

“At the NSD level, we’re finally to the point where we don’t have to work as hard out in the field, because we have built our business – and promoted strong Regional Vice Presidents – so that the money is still there. That leaves us free to lead and to develop new leaders.”

Charlemont says he always knew he wanted to be an entrepreneur and when Primerica came along, he recognized an opportunity to build a business without a lot of start-up capital. “The goal has always been to have a bunch of teammates making money so that we wouldn’t have to work forever,” says Charlemont. “Our focus now is to continue to bring in large numbers so we can find good people to continue growing the business with.”

Awesome job, Charlemont and Marlene! Your NSD promotion proves you’re on the way to becoming Primerica legends!

Bastidases Grow RVPs, Take on National Sales Director (NSD)

Monday, December 23rd, 2013

Rafael Bastidas, of West Jordan, UT, has always been competitive. In fact, he spent his first career playing professional soccer for his native Spain. Today, Rafael and his wife, Susan, put their competitive nature to work for them as Primerica entrepreneurs – recently adding NSD to their list of accomplishments!

“For us, our success isn’t about us,” says Susan. “It’s about our team. We’ve been focused on getting more of our teammates to RVP and we’re so proud of our three Ring wearing RVPs!”

Finding Primerica changed everything about Rafael’s and Susan’s future. “We have nine kids with the oldest in college and the youngest at one year of age,” explains Susan. “We love the freedom that this business gives us. We control our time, which means we can always put our family first. Our goal as parents – and as leaders – is to help our kids develop their talents and live up to their potential. Primerica gives us the means and the opportunity to do both.”

Big congratulations, Susan and Rafael! Your family’s future – and the futures of many, many other families around you – were changed forever when you made the decision to go into business for yourself.

Francises Promote RVPs, Advance to National Sales Director (NSD)

francis-dean

When Dean & Sarah Francis, of Midlothian, VA, joined Primerica, Dean was an unemployed college student, looking for some extra part-time income to pay for a honeymoon.* Today, the newly minted NSD duo is proud to lead “some of the best people ever in the history of planet Earth!”

“Our motto is, ‘Whatever it takes, as long as it takes,’” says Dean. “Our team is willing to pay the price to build a super hierarchy and to get totally free. Sarah’s and my goal is not to get to Senior National Sales Director (SNSD). Our goal is to have SNSDs who produce SNSDs. We hope to send a message to all Primerica, in the near future, that there’s another team growing here on the East Coast who is here to do something GREAT!”

Dean says that finding Primerica has changed their lives immeasurably. “When we started, we used to dream about one day earning $50,000 and having a basketball goal in our backyard,” reflects Dean. “In time, our vision and belief grew. Sarah has been able to stay at home and raise our five awesome kids. I have been able to coach their sports teams. And, more than anything, this business has been a tool which God has used to shape us into far better people than we would have ever been if we hadn’t found Primerica.”

Congratulations, Dean and Sarah! You’re doing a phenomenal job of pushing up people – and your business is reaping the benefits!
