Marion Manahan

Big congratulations to Primerica’s newest Virginia Carter Award recipient, Marion Manahan, of Santa Fe Springs, CA! Marion was recognized during Primerica’s June Convention for her incredible achievements as a strong female new Regional Vice President. “It is a big honor to have been chosen for this award,” enthuses Marion. “Especially knowing the significance of it. Ginny Carter was a pioneer in this business and I’m so proud to be in such amazing company.”

The late Virginia (Ginny) Carter was one of the original founders of Primerica in 1977. She became the company’s first female million-dollar earner in 1993. Marion is the fourth recipient of this award.

Marion cash flows more than $200,000* annually and is a strong producer in every area of business – and she’s just getting started. “I’ve just been focusing on what I need to do to grow my business,” explains Marion. “I have an incredible team who consistently goes above and beyond what I ask of them.”

Keep up the great work, Marion! You are an incredible example of leadership and your achievements speak for themselves!

*Primerica income figures are based upon rolling 12‑month gross cash flow (including advances) as of May 2011. The cash flows stated are not intended to demonstrate the earnings of typical RVPs/representatives. Rather, the cash flows that have been cited reflect the potential that comes with building your business, and there is no guarantee that you will achieve any specific cash flow level. Most RVPs/representatives do not achieve the levels illustrated. In the 12‑month period ending in December 2010, Primerica paid a total of $503,115,928 in compensation to the sales force at an average of $5,296 per licensed representative. Average RVP earnings are typically higher. Actual gross cash flow is, among other factors, dependent upon the size and scale of a representative’s organization, the number of sales and the override spread on each sale, and the ability and efforts of you and your downlines. Having said this, Primerica provides a tremendous opportunity for individuals who work hard and who desire to develop a business with strong income potential.
