Big congratulations to Art & Juana Martinez, of Rancho Cucamonga, CA! This great duo recently hit another milestone along their journey to financial independence: their second diamond. (Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000 within a single 12-month period and they earn diamond accents for each additional $100,000 of income earned within the same timeframe.) Congratulations!

*As of July 2014. From January 1 through December 31, 2013, Primerica paid a total of $536,506,140 in compensation to its sales force, at an average of $5,614 per life licensed representative. Actual gross cash flow is, among other factors, dependent upon the size and scale of a representative’s organization, the number of sales and the override spread on each sale, and the ability and efforts of a representative and their downlines. Having said this, Primerica provides an opportunity for individuals who work hard to develop a business with unlimited income potential. 14PFS445

Michael Keating, of Oakland, NJ, says he knew right away that Primerica was a perfect fit for his goals and dreams. “I joined Primerica the day I turned 18 years old,” recalls Michael. “I loved the idea of never having a boss in my life. With Primerica, there are no limits on what I can achieve!”

Now, as a newly minted second diamond earner, Michael is in an even better position to create the life he wants. (Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000 within a single 12-month period and they earn diamond accents for each additional $100,000 of income earned within the same timeframe.)

“I’m very proud of this accomplishment, yet this is just the beginning,” Michael explains. “I’ve stayed laser-beam focused on my goals and I always lead from the front with personal production. I attribute each achievement I make here to the power of self discipline and constant self improvement.”

Keep up the amazing work, Michael! You’re headed in the right direction for big time success!

Jay Jenlink, of Jet, OK, comes from a long line of entrepreneurs, so when it came time to choose a career for himself and his own family, the only question was what kind of opportunity to pick.

“I’m a fifth generation entrepreneur,” relates Jay. “My wife, Stephanie, and I were drawn to Primerica by the chance to own our own business and to be able to build with no territories, no quotas, and no caps on our income.”

He continues, “Growing up in (and still living in) a small rural town in Oklahoma, Primerica has challenged us to dream bigger and to have a larger vision than we would have had in our previous occupation as a farmer and college student. Finding Primerica has changed our family’s future!”

Great job, Jay and Stephanie! You chose the right vehicle to carry on your family’s tradition of being in business for yourselves!

Before Primerica, Jim Romanello, of Colorado Springs, CO, worked in property management, earning just $27,000 per year. Now, he and his wife, Lisa, are new second diamond earners, on track for even greater success.

(Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000 within a single 12-month period and they earn diamond accents for each additional $100,000 of income earned within the same timeframe.)

“The second diamond is a very big milestone for us,” explains Jim. “It’s evidence that we’ve been focused on helping others reach their goals.”

Being Primerica entrepreneurs has changed much more for the Romanellos than just their income. “Our family has freedom of time,” smiles Jim. “We love that this business has given us that. We also love that we have that freedom because of what we’re doing for others!”

Awesome work, Jim and Lisa! Your second diamond achievement proves you’re doing the right things to make a difference in your community and to help others achieve their goals and dreams.

Hollimons Reach Half-Million Level*

In his former profession as a pro football player, Joe Hollimon, of Everett, WA, was limited by the nature of that career path. “My occupation before Primerica had nothing to do with my family,” explains Joe.

“My wife, Glenda, and I have three boys. In football, there’s no way to guarantee that they could have the same career I had. Primerica gave us the opportunity to create something of value, which our kids could one day be a part of. Today, two of our three boys are in the business with us.”

Joe and Glenda are proud to be new five-diamond earners, but what they’re most excited about is what they see happening on their team.* (Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000 within a single 12-month period and they earn diamond accents for each additional $100,000 of income earned within the same timeframe.)

“We have more downlines who are making money and having longevity here,” smiles Joe. “It’s their successes that have impacted our successes.”

Awesome job, Joe and Glenda! You’re halfway to the Million-Dollar Ring … and you’re bringing your family and your team with you on your journey to financial freedom!
