A few years ago, Sal & Peggy Lucido, of Middletown, NY, were living on Sal’s six-figure salary as the CFO of a small business. Still, something was missing. “I’ve always wanted to be my own boss,” says Sal. “And having the opportunity to do that and to help others made Primerica the perfect fit for us. Also, being able to be with my soulmate while we change others’ lives is why we do what we do.”

He continues, “When we joined, it was to have the freedom to be my own boss. However, it was when my dad got sick and I had the freedom to be his caregiver for two years, that we really knew just how important that decision to join this business was.”

The Lucidos are proud of what they’ve accomplished so far in their Primerica career. Their second diamond achievement is simply a reflection of the number of families whose lives they’ve impacted.* (Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000 of income within a single 12-month period; they receive diamond accents for each additional $100,000 they earn within the same timeframe.)

“We’re focused on helping our clients,” reflects Sal. “We do an Financial Needs Analysis for every new client and we emphasize client re visitations. This enables us to provide families with multiple solutions and it continually generates warm market referrals.”

Keep up the amazing work, Sal and Peggy! You’re building a solid, thriving business that’s focused on helping as many families as possible!

*As of December 2014. From January 1 through December 31, 2014, Primerica paid a total of $593,056,197 in compensation to its sales force, at an average of $6,030 per life licensed representative. Actual gross cash flow is, among other factors, dependent upon the size and scale of a representative’s organization, the number of sales and the override spread on each sale, and the ability and efforts of a representative and their downlines. Having said this, Primerica provides an opportunity for individuals who work hard to develop a business with unlimited income potential. 15PFS66

Jon & Patte Lavin, of Conshohocken, PA, continued their drive to the Ruby Ring when they steamed past the ninth diamond level to close out 2014!* (Primerica leaders receive the Ring when they earn $100,000* of income within a single 12-month period. They receive diamond accents for each additional $100,000 of income they earn within the same timeframe.)

“Our hierarchy is on a march to a million,” enthuses Jon. “Everyone is really going for it – in fact, we had our all time best December, including our best life insurance sales for the whole year. Our plan is to continue doing what we’re doing. We’re not really doing a special ‘push’ to the million, we’ve just got everyone focused on helping more people and really building it big.”

One of the most exciting things the Lavins see in their hierarchy is the increased energy and excitement from their downlines. “We have more individuals treating their business like a business,” explains Jon. “More leaders are building through recruiting and field training which leads to perpetual business growth. Our goal is to cross over the ten-diamond level by Convention.”

Awesome job, Jon and Patte! That Ruby Ring is right around the corner – keep up the great work!

Mike & Cindy Johnson, of Hurricane, WV, say they were “in” after they heard (Company Founder) Art Williams say that Primerica is a place where you don’t have to sacrifice your principles in order to build a business.

“He said that you should – and could – keep your priorities in order: God first, family second and business third,” recalls Mike. “He basically told us that we could have it all if we were willing to pay the price. Everything he said has come true for us.”

The Johnsons have come a long way from Mike’s $28,000-per-year job as a plant supervisor – building their business to the four diamond level.* (Primerica leaders receive the Ring when they earn $100,000* of income within a single 12-month period. They receive diamond accents for each additional $100,000 of income they earn within the same timeframe.)

“The most exciting thing happening right now in our business is the wall of wealth we are experiencing,” enthuses Mike. “There are just SO many people transitioning into retirement or inheriting money. They’re looking for someone who can answer their basic financial questions.** Our team has embraced this challenge and we look forward to growing that business and helping more and more families.”

Awesome job, Mike and Cindy! You and your team are there for your clients when they need you the most – and those efforts are helping you achieve some of your own goals at the same time.

Mario & Franny Arrizon, of Riverside, CA, continued their all-out run for the Million-Dollar Ring by crossing over the seventh diamond* mark in November (their third diamond of 2014) and closing out the year as the first Millennials to reach the SNSD level (their second promotion of the year, as well) a month later!

(Primerica leaders receive the Ring when they earn $100,000* of income within a single 12-month period. They receive diamond accents for each additional $100,000 of income they earn within the same timeframe.)

She continues, “We are totally focused on helping our people grow their businesses and make money, and that focus is pushing us all up to the next level.
