Chamorros Break Through to a Sixth Diamond*

chamorro

Danny & Ada Chamorro, of Burbank, CA, were only looking for some extra money each month to pay down some bills. When they had replaced Danny’s income as a Registered Nurse in about nine months, however, they knew this business could be so much more. “I found out that we can make a great living here,” reflects Danny. “We never imagined that earning six diamonds would be possible. We’ve had great leaders and great coaches, however, who definitely helped us along the way.”

(Primerica leaders receive the Ring when they earn $100,000* of income within a single 12-month period. They receive diamond accents for each additional $100,000 of income they earn within the same timeframe.)

The pair also credit a great team with helping them achieve this level of success. “In a one year period, we went from an $11,000 base shop to a $75,000 base shop,” enthuses Danny. “We’ve got some team players fighting for the next level. I believe building a big base shop is the key to success. Stay in the field and get wide. You’re never wide enough!”

Great work Danny and Ada! You focused on getting wide and your team is responding by doing the same. Next stop, $700,000!

Actual gross cash flow is, among other factors, dependent upon the size and scale of a representative’s organization, the number of sales and the override spread on each sale, and the ability and efforts of a representative and their downlines. Palenzuelas Add Bling to Their Ring*

Jesus Palenzuela, of Cooper City, FL, spent his first career using his strong work ethic to help his employer make more money. Today, he and his wife, Janet, are in business for themselves, celebrating their second diamond achievement like only Primerica leaders can … by working toward their third.

(Primerica leaders receive the Ring when they earn $100,000* of income within a single 12-month period. They receive diamond accents for each additional $100,000 of income they earn within the same timeframe.)

“I used to be the operations manager for a bank,” reflects Jesus. “Primerica gave us the chance to work hard for ourselves, not for someone else, in a professional, yet fun, environment. It feels great reaching our goal of $200,000. We are now moving on to $300,000 and full Ownership!”**

Jesus says his family’s life today is totally different than it would have been if he’d stayed in the corporate world. “This business has allowed us to retire Janet,” Jesus explains. “We’ve sent our kids to private schools. And we’ve continued to save and invest for our future.”

He adds, “We’ve achieved the successes that we have so far by focusing on two of the fundamentals of this business: prospecting and setting appointments. Both are vital to getting to the kitchen table. Mastering both of those fundamentals leads to more appointments, which then result in more new people joining us in the business, more field training, closing more business, and getting more referrals.”

Awesome job, Jesus and Janet! You’ve focused on getting in front of as many people as you can, and that’s led to a growing, thriving business … and many, many changed lives!

Ken & Kimberly Hobbs Reach New Level of Success: Two Diamonds!

Ken & Kimberly Hobbs, of Lake Worth, FL, were on their annual missions trip to South Africa when they learned they’d clicked over the $200,000 mark.* “What a business!” enthuses Ken. “It’s so exciting to realize the rewards – and the freedom – that can come from being in this business.”

He continues, “Our main goal was to help our teammates build it big and reach their goals. We promoted a new Regional Vice President and coached them to the Power Builder Watch level (which Primerica reps receive when they earn at least $50,000 of income and add a minimum of 50 people to their team within a single 12-month period,) in the same month we got our second diamond. Pushing up people is the secret to real success here. It’s also important to keep your priorities straight: God first, family second and business third.”

Growing up, Ken watched his parents, Ken & Linda Hobbs, build a great life for their family as Primerica entrepreneurs. “Dad always made money and worked hard,” recalls Ken. “He is a great leader and an example for our family. In my mind, there was never a question of ‘if’ Primerica works, it was just a matter of whether my siblings and I would do what it takes to win.

“Because of this business, we have traveled to places we have only dreamed of. We have the freedom to be the best parents and leaders we can be. We qualified for full Ownership in Hawaii this February so our children now have the opportunity to continue the legacy for generations.** In fact, our son is planning to join the business once his U.S. Navy service is completed!”

Awesome job, Ken and Kimberly! You’re continuing your family’s tradition of excellence, success, and making a huge difference in the lives of those around you!

Havards Earn a Second Diamond*

Prior to finding the opportunity that would change their lives, Chris & Ethel Havard, of Jackson, MS, lived on Chris’s $12,000-per-year income from his restaurant manager/cook position. Now, the pair are new second diamond earners, on track for even greater success in the future. “I was broke when we found Primerica,” recalls Chris. “I needed a way out, and Primerica provided that. My ‘why’ is to take care of my family.”

Being at the $200,000 level is huge for the Havards, as this accomplishment gets them a step closer to the financial freedom they’re working toward. “Earning our second diamond is better than we dreamed it would be,” smiles Chris. “We decided to create a game plan to get here and we ran it until we achieved it! We’ve found that you have to compete to get better. You have to always find your next level of competition and then rise to that level.”

Awesome job, Chris and Ethel! You fired up your competitive spirit to earn your second diamond … now, on to the next!

Building a Future as an Entrepreneur

blass

Before they found Primerica, Mark Blass, of Dulles, VA, was told he was “overpaid” at his $40,000 per year engineering job, and that he’d hit the limit of what he could earn in that position. “I was 26 years old with nowhere to go in my career,” recalls Mark. “There were no opportunities for raises, and the threat of layoffs was a constant. It was a very unstable environment. When my wife, Kelly, and I found Primerica, we found a place where no one will ever tell us we are ‘overpaid.’ In fact, all we hear here is how much more we can earn if we do the work.”

Working in an environment that not only encourages growth, but provides ample opportunities for leaders to drive toward it, was exactly what the Blasses needed. “It feels great to be at the four-diamond level,” enthuses Mark.* (Primerica leaders receive the Ring when they earn $100,000* of income within a single 12-month period. They receive diamond accents for each additional $100,000 of income they earn within the same timeframe.)

“We’ve never stopped working in our base shop. We believe we have some of the best Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) in the business – people who are working like never before to build something special for their families and to help those in their community. These are good people making a difference!”

He concludes, “We’ve been here 23 years now and I can say with certainty that there has never been a more exciting time to be in Primerica. We are so excited about the direction of the company, and about the energy and enthusiasm of our RVPs and near term RVPs. There is no reason not to go all out right now. We’re proud of our fourth diamond, but we are committing now to having our fifth by the 2015 Primerica Convention!”

Amazing work, Mark and Kelly! When your chance for freedom was limited by your employer, you fired your boss and took charge of your family’s destiny as entrepreneurs!
