Pennys Hit Sixth Diamond Mark

Saturday, July 26th, 2014

When Primerica President, Glenn Williams, challenged Mark & Deborah Penny, of Loveland, CO, and their Regional Vice Presidents to grow their business by a certain percentage, their hierarchy took that charge to heart. “We are committed to making that growth happen,” enthuses Mark. “In fact, we’re holding ourselves accountable by updating him every month on our progress.”

That renewed drive toward growth has had a tremendous affect on their overall success – and brought them to the $600,000* income level! “Getting to this level has made us realize the Opportunity is bigger and better than ever before,” smiles Mark. “At this level, it becomes a team effort to reach our goals and we are blessed with an incredible hierarchy. The best days are ahead of us.”

Congratulations, Mark and Deborah! You rose to the challenge to grow in every area, and you and your team are enjoying the rewards of your hard work.

*As of April 2014. From January 1 through December 31, 2013, Primerica paid a total of $536,506,140 in compensation to its sales force, at an average of $5,614 per life licensed representative. Actual gross cash flow is, among other factors, dependent upon the size and scale of a representative’s organization, the number of sales and the override spread on each sale, and the ability and efforts of a representative and their downlines. Mario & Taz Hinojosa

Mario & Taz Hinojosa, of Austin, TX, say that finding Primerica has impacted every area of their lives.

“This business has allowed us to make an incredible income,” explains Mario. “Taz and I have been married for 10 years and that income has given Taz the ability to stay home with our two daughters. We get to build our business as big as we want to build it. We get to compete every month. We are rewarded not only with a great income based on our efforts, but the company also makes us feel special for our successes.”

He adds, “We have grown as leaders, we’ve improved ourselves personally, and we are constantly challenged to get better. We’ve also found that our marriage is stronger because of this business because we’re doing it together. We practice what we preach – making and saving money in order to give our family a great lifestyle. In the early days, we made a short term sacrifice of three to five years while we built a great foundation. It is so worth it now!”

Congratulations, Mario and Taz! You’re following the same financial principles you educate families on every day, and you’re beginning to reap the rewards of hard work and dedication!

Nelsons Earn Third Diamond, Claim Full Ownership

Sunday, July 20th, 2014

The last 12 months have been a flurry of activity and celebrations as Jared & Kim Nelson, of Flowood, MS, have led their team through a surge of growth. In April 2013, they promoted Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) to advance to the Senior Vice President level. Two months later they earned their second diamond.

(Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000* of income within a single 12-month period and diamond accents for each additional $100,000 earned within the same timeframe.)

Less than a year after that achievement, they’ve earned their third diamond and qualified for full Ownership!** “Primerica has given us the opportunity to build real wealth for our family,” enthuses Jared. “Only in Primerica can people like us – still in college when we started and now in our 30s with full ownership – create an incredible business and an even more incredible future!”

He continues, “We are most excited right now about the growth of our team. Our life licensed hierarchy is over 75% bigger this year than it was a year ago! We have leaders who are on track to earn their RVP promotion this year, plus at least one of our RVPs will take their Senior Vice President promotion by December. THAT is exciting!”

Phenomenal job, Jared and Kim! You’re helming a thriving, growing hierarchy, filled with successful leaders all working together to help families and change lives!

Lavins Celebrate Eighth Diamond Achievement!

Jon & Patte Lavin, of Conshohocken, PA, got a big step closer to their goal of the Million-Dollar Ring in April, when they crossed over the eighth diamond mark.*

(Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000 of income within a single 12-month period and diamond accents for each additional $100,000 earned within the same timeframe.)

“We’re starting to get a taste of what the million-dollar level is like,” says Jon. “The new compensation system is unbelievable! It rewards us for doing the right things – like promoting strong, competent Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs). In fact, I’ve identified 8-10 rising leaders who should be going RVP in the next few months.”

He continues, “Our entire hierarchy is producing RVPs. We even have leaders talking about going to Senior Vice President and National Sales Director. All those people focused on moving up – and helping their teammates move up – also helps us get to the next level. We’re also proud that our son, Zack, just got licensed and is eight months in the business with us!”

Phenomenal work, Jon and Patte! You’ve made a career out of helping families and now you have the pleasure of growing your family business with your son!

Martins Cross Four Diamond Mark

Tuesday, July 8th, 2014

Gary & Marie Martin, of Calgary, Alberta, are thrilled about their fourth diamond. (Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000* of income within a single 12-month period and diamond accents for each additional $100,000 earned within the same timeframe.)

“Our expectations have changed so much over the years,” explains Gary. “The Primerica system and all the successful leaders who are examples to us have raised our expectations so that achievements like our fourth diamond are simply ‘expected’ of us. The most exciting thing is the freedom we have. We see so many people fighting just to stay afloat financially, yet Primerica gives us total control over our income.”

The best part about achieving a Primerica milestone, say the Martins, is what those accomplishments mean. “People making money is a direct result of families getting helped,” smiles Gary. “We’ll have guys call us and say their income is up. Yet, their income is up because they’ve helped a family save hundreds of dollars in debt payments. Primerica is a very honorable way to make money.”

Awesome job, Gary and Marie! You care about the families you’re helping, both as clients and as teammates, and that shows in your own successes.
