Lougheeds Reach Fourth Diamond

Bernadette & John Lougheed, of Red Deer, Alberta, are fantastic examples of living a “no excuses” life. A month after she was life licensed, Bernadette had their seventh child. During the next few years, she had kids eight and nine. “We live on a farm, 30 miles from the nearest city,” says Bernadette. “We’re proof that if you want something badly enough, it doesn’t matter how many kids you have or if you live in a rural community, you can still build a big business.”

Earning their fourth diamond is a huge accomplishment by any standard. (Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000* of income within a single 12-month period and diamond accents for each additional $100,000 earned within the same timeframe.)

“In the real world $400,000 is like a fantasy,” explains Bernadette. “People don’t typically earn that much money. I’ve heard it said that Primerica is magical – and it’s true. Here, $400,000 and more is completely possible!”

Amazing work, Bernadette and John! You’ve used the people in your life to fuel your journey to financial freedom instead of allowing excuses to hold you back.

*As of April 2014. From January 1 through December 31, 2013, Primerica Canada paid a total of $97,083,991 in compensation to its Canadian sales force, at an average of $9,315 per licensed representative. Average RVP earnings are typically higher. Actual gross cash flow is, among other factors, dependent upon the size and scale of a representative’s organization, the number of sales and the override spread on each sale, and the ability and efforts of you and your downlines. Having said this, Primerica provides a tremendous opportunity for individuals who work hard and who desire to develop a business with strong income potential. 14PFS311

Johns Earn a Second Diamond

Kameka and Marcus John

2014 has already been a phenomenal year for Kameka & Marcus John, of Valley Stream, NY. In February, they took their Senior Vice President promotion. Three months later, they earned their second diamond!** (Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000* of income within a single 12-month period and diamond accents for each additional $100,000 earned within the same timeframe.)

“We’ve done it by setting non negotiable goals,” Kameka explains. “We believe that we can reach the highest heights as long as we are willing to work hard – and find as many people as possible who are willing to fight with us to attain success.”

The Johns are thrilled about the milestones they’ve hit so far this year. But as excited as they are about their own personal successes, they are even more fired up about their team’s. “The most exciting thing going on in our business is the next group of Future RVPs who are preparing to get promoted!” smiles Kameka. “It’s exciting having the chance to help them to grow and achieve their goals.”

Congratulations, Kameka and Marcus! You’re well on your way to the financial freedom you came here to create for your family!

If Rick Miller, of Redlands, CA, had stayed in his former occupation as a body shop manager, his and his wife, Brigitte’s lives would be completely different. Primerica allowed them to take their efforts and strong worth ethic and turn them into a third diamond* (so far) and Ownership!** (Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000* of income within a single 12-month period and diamond accents for each additional $100,000 earned within the same timeframe.)

“We are so excited to achieve this milestone and are very appreciative that we have an opportunity like Primerica, where anything is possible,” enthuses Rick.

Mark Hansotia, of Avondale, AZ, was just 18 years old when he turned down a college baseball scholarship to become a Primerica entrepreneur. Two years later, he advanced to Regional Vice President (RVP) and he and his wife, Nuvia, truly began their journey to financial freedom.

“Our success is a testament to Primerica’s system, which allows anyone who wants to compete the opportunity to show what they can do with the Opportunity,” enthuses Mark. “It feels great to accomplish our third diamond* and to qualify for full Ownership.** It also gives us confidence that we can hit our fourth diamond by the end of the year.”

(Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000* of income within a single 12-month period and diamond accents for each additional $100,000 earned within the same timeframe.)

He continues, “The most exciting thing for us, however, is seeing our great team achieving their individual goals! We have a teammate who is close to RVP and two who are about to earn the Ring. It’s exciting!”

Fantastic work, Mark and Nuvia! You recognized early on the power of working for yourself, and you’re using the Primerica Opportunity to set your family up for a bright future.

Lis Hit Fifth Diamond Level

Tuesday, August 5th, 2014

Just eight months ago, Glen & Xiomara Li, of Edison, NJ, were celebrating their fourth diamond. In May, they hit a new high, scoring their fifth diamond – a feat they are both proud of and motivated by. (Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000* of income within a single 12-month period and diamond accents for each additional $100,000 earned within the same timeframe.)

“Getting diamonds is a team achievement,” explains Glen. “We can say now that we have a five-diamond team! We now need to get to the Million-Dollar Ring so that our teammates have the opportunity to grow to their own fifth diamond – and beyond!”

Glen says that watching their team succeed is a thrill. “We have a bunch of Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) brewing in the pipeline,” enthuses Glen. “We can’t wait for them to experience life the way we are! The key to success here is having the next goal always in mind. When’s my next promotion? Who do we have on our team who’s about to hit RVP or Senior Vice President? When will I get my Ring or the next diamond?”

Congratulations, Glen and Xiomara! You’re setting a great example by leading from the front – and celebrating your teams’ successes along the way.
