Cuevas Put On the Power Builder Ring

Friday, November 16th, 2012

Jason & Jenn Cueva, of Jacksonville, FL, came to Primerica to find a better life. They were earning just $26,000 per year combined and looking for a way to escape their dead-end employment in retail and food service. “When we first saw Primerica we were drawn by the chance to ‘be somebody’ while having the opportunity to earn ‘big’ money,” recalls Jason. “We never knew the perfect environment to make those things happen even existed! Thanks to Primerica, our family’s future is completely changed.”

Jason says that earning the Power Builder Ring (which reps receive when they earn at least $100,000 in income and add a minimum of 100 people to their team within a single 12-month period) is a dream come true. “This has been one of our goals since we joined the business,” Jason enthuses. “How we got here is simple: we went from one new licensed teammate per month to three and our premium production and income exploded! We’re using our example to teach our team not just to focus on bringing a lot of new people into the business each month but also to really focus on building an army of licensed leaders!”

He continues, “Making more money and saving more money is just the beginning for what we plan to accomplish. But it’s the FREEDOM we have because of this business that’s most exciting!”

Way to go, Jason and Jenn! You’ve come a long way since your days before Primerica and this accomplishment only proves you have what it takes to become a super builder!

*Primerica income figures are based upon rolling 12‑month gross cash flow (including advances) as of August 2012. The cash flows stated are not intended to demonstrate the earnings of typical RVPs/representatives. Rather, the cash flows that have been cited reflect the potential that comes with building your business, and there is no guarantee that you will achieve any specific cash flow level. Most RVPs/representatives do not achieve the levels illustrated. In the 12‑month period ending in December 2011, Primerica paid a total of $504,514,944 in compensation to the sales force at an average of $5,544 per licensed representative. Average RVP earnings are typically higher. Actual gross cash flow is, among other factors, dependent upon the size and scale of a representative’s organization, the number of sales and the override spread on each sale, and the ability and efforts of you and your downlines. Having said this, Primerica provides a tremendous opportunity for individuals who work hard and who desire to develop a business with strong income potential. 12PFS567

Cuevas Earn the Power Builder Watch

Thursday, January 26th, 2012

Awesome job, Jason & Jenn Cueva, of Jacksonville, FL, for recently earning the Power Builder Watch! Primerica reps receive this recognition when they earn at least $50,000* in income and add a minimum of 50 people to their team within a single 12-month period.

“We are super excited to have earned the Power Builder Watch! It’s truly one of our dreams come true. Our hierarchy leadership told us to focus on building our licensed team and success will follow … and that’s exactly what we did. We also spend a lot of time creating personal relationships with people – which leads to new teammates, licenses and a business!”

Congratulations, Jason and Jenn! You’re doing all the right things to grow your business!
