Martins Cross Four Diamond Mark

Tuesday, July 8th, 2014

Gary & Marie Martin, of Calgary, Alberta, are thrilled about their fourth diamond. (Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000* of income within a single 12-month period and diamond accents for each additional $100,000 earned within the same timeframe.)

“Our expectations have changed so much over the years,” explains Gary. “The Primerica system and all the successful leaders who are examples to us have raised our expectations so that achievements like our fourth diamond are simply ‘expected’ of us. The most exciting thing is the freedom we have. We see so many people fighting just to stay afloat financially, yet Primerica gives us total control over our income.”

The best part about achieving a Primerica milestone, say the Martins, is what those accomplishments mean. “People making money is a direct result of families getting helped,” smiles Gary. “We’ll have guys call us and say their income is up. Yet, their income is up because they’ve helped a family save hundreds of dollars in debt payments. Primerica is a very honorable way to make money.”

Awesome job, Gary and Marie! You care about the families you’re helping, both as clients and as teammates, and that shows in your own successes.

*As of April 2014. From January 1 through December 31, 2013, Primerica paid a total of $536,506,140 in compensation to its sales force, at an average of $5,614 per life licensed representative. Actual gross cash flow is, among other factors, dependent upon the size and scale of a representative’s organization, the number of sales and the override spread on each sale, and the ability and efforts of a representative and their downlines. Having said this, Primerica provides an opportunity for individuals who work hard to develop a business with unlimited income potential. 14PFS273

Before Primerica, Krista Banfield, of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, served in the Canadian military and her husband, Corey, worked in auto sales. When the pair met, Krista had left the military and moved to a new city to start her Primerica business. “She really paid the price in those early days, sleeping on the floor for months while she built a team,” recalls Corey. “When I asked her what she did for a living, she took me to an Opportunity meeting … and got me to join!”

Together, the Banfields have grown into strong leaders, with a growing, successful business. “Our life is a dream come true!” enthuses Krista. “We live in a golf course community, we have two beautiful children, with a third on the way. We don’t have to ask permission from a boss to do what we want and our lives are our own. We are proud to have this opportunity to create that life!”

Keep up the fantastic work, Krista and Corey! You each left a life of limitations to create a lifestyle of freedom for yourselves and your family!

Before Primerica, Kerry & Mandy Dupuis, of Barrie, Ontario, worked as a recreation director (Kerry) and retail manager (Mandy), bringing in a combined $75,000 per year. They knew they weren’t going to reach their goals if they remained in those careers. When they heard about Primerica, they were all in.

“We truly do not know where we would be today had we not jumped into Primerica full force 13 years ago,” reflects Kerry. “We are so humble and grateful for the opportunity Primerica has given our family.”

He continues, “Now that we’ve achieved the second diamond (which Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000* of income within a single 12-month period and diamond accents for each additional $100,000 earned within the same timeframe), we feel like anything is possible! Our next goal is to achieve our third diamond, qualify for full Ownership, and take our Senior Vice President promotion.** We thank our team and our uplines, Shaun & Jen Carnegie, for pouring belief into us and supporting us on this great journey.”

Super work, Kerry and Mandy! You’ve done a phenomenal job growing your business to the second diamond level – and now you’re one step closer to your next goal!

enarson

Paul & Donna Enarson, of Edmonton, Alberta, are on their way to a great family legacy of success. “Reaching full ownership at the $300,000 level was really a dream come true for our family business,” reflects Paul.* “The fourth diamond is just icing on the cake. We have four children and a dozen grandbabies, so this family legacy is really going to be something great for generations to come.”

(Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000** of income within a single 12-month period and diamond accents for each additional $100,000 earned within the same timeframe.)

The Enarsons have come a long way since their days in the hog farming business. In December 2012 the pair earned their second diamond. Seven months later they put on their third diamond and now, in March 2014 they’ve earned their fourth. “The most exciting thing going on in our business right now is that the future is truly unlimited,” enthuses Paul. “It is very exciting to be able to mentor and work with our family members to reach our goals!”
