Awesome job, Valerie Erickson, of Ft. McMurray, Alberta, for taking your Primerica business to the next level and earning the Watch! Primerica reps receive this distinction when they reach the $50,000* income level during a single 12-month period.

*As of January 2014. From January 1 through December 31, 2013, Primerica paid a total of $536,506,140 in compensation to its sales force, at an average of $5,614 per life licensed representative. Actual gross cash flow is, among other factors, dependent upon the size and scale of a representative’s organization, the number of sales and the override spread on each sale, and the ability and efforts of a representative and their downlines. Having said this, Primerica provides an opportunity for individuals who work hard to develop a business with unlimited income potential. 14PFS143

New Full Owners, Tangs, Earn a Third Diamond

Herman & Rosanna Tang, of Edmonton, Alberta, are thrilled to have reached the third diamond* level and qualify for full Ownership!** Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000 of income within a single 12-month period and diamond accents for each additional $100,000 they earn within the same timeframe.

“We saw Primerica as an opportunity to fulfill our dreams, to have the freedom of being our own boss, and having the chance to have a balanced life,” explains Herman. “I was a chef before we joined and, despite working 16-hour days, seven days a week, my best income was $29,000 per year. Primerica has given our family freedom and the chance to pass on the legacy we’re creating through the Ownership program.”

As excited as the Tangs are about their recent successes, they say their main goal is to help their teammates get what they want. “It is important that when you’re working toward your own success, your teammates are also working toward theirs,” says Herman. “Our goal was to achieve Ownership, so we made sure we focused on helping our teammates get what they wanted.”

Congratulations, Herman and Rosanna! By focusing on helping others, you’re enjoying the benefits to your own success as well!
