Last year, when Primerica announced the dates for the Primerica Convention in June, Arturo A. Nuñez, of Miami Lakes, FL, took it as a personal challenge to up his game and add a second diamond to his Ring. Reps earn the Primerica Ring when they reach the $100,000* in income within a single 12-month period and then they receive diamond accents for each additional $100,000 in income they earn within the same time period.
“I began to put a realistic plan together for how I was going to reach my goal,” explains Arturo. “Every day, I read my goals, which always kept them in the forefront of my mind and helped me stay motivated and focused.”
The “secret,” Arturo says, was to continually improve his activity and production. “I didn’t just write down my game plan, I executed it,” says Arturo. “I focused on growing week over week and month over month in every area. I wanted to get myself into the habit of combining a growth mindset with a strong work ethic – and it paid off.”
Arturo has come a long way since his days as an unemployed student – and he’s proud of all he’s accomplished since he found Primerica in 2003. “I feel like I’m at the beginning of an amazing journey full of growth – not just financially, but personally as well.”
