shepard

The incredible Sam & Elaine Shepard, of Atlanta, GA, are on an unbelievable surge right now. Not only did they just score their eleventh diamond, but they’ve also got their entire team on fire for growth! (Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000 within a single 12-month period. They receive diamond accents for each additional $100,000 of income they earn within the same timeframe.)

“We’ve been talking about 2013 being the year of explosive growth for the Shepard Superteam since the beginning of the year,” says Sam. “We talk about growing every meeting and we’re seeing it happen throughout our team! We are so blessed to have an environment where many leaders are sticking their heads up and competing like crazy to individually grow their businesses.”

He continues, “We are focused on increasing our quality of business, growing incomes and growing our Regional Vice President team. At the same time, we’re focused on developing close personal relationships and on keeping our priorities right: God first, family next and business after.”

Fantastic job, Sam and Elaine! Your hard work and laser focus on pushing up people continues to pay off in a big way.

*Primerica income figures are based upon rolling 12‑month gross cash flow (including advances) as of February 2013. The cash flows stated are not intended to demonstrate the earnings of typical RVPs/representatives. Rather, the cash flows that have been cited reflect the potential that comes with building your business, and there is no guarantee that you will achieve any specific cash flow level. Most RVPs/representatives do not achieve the levels illustrated. In the 12‑month period ending in December 2011, Primerica paid a total of $504,514,944 in compensation to the sales force at an average of $5,544 per licensed representative. Average RVP earnings are typically higher. Actual gross cash flow is, among other factors, dependent upon the size and scale of a representative’s organization, the number of sales and the override spread on each sale, and the ability and efforts of you and your downlines. Having said this, Primerica provides a tremendous opportunity for individuals who work hard and who desire to develop a business with strong income potential. 13PFS215

New Regional Vice President (RVP)

dragone

Samuele Dragone, of Middletown, NY, worked the same job for more than 20 years. At $85,000 per year of salary as a delivery route driver, he’d reached the top of his earning potential and industry changes had changed his feelings about his employment. “I was quickly losing my passion for the job,” recalls Samuele. “Now, with Primerica, it is amazing to be part of such a tremendous company that gives average people with above average dreams a shot to be at the top!”

As a new RVP, Samuele is excited to be at the beginning of his potential as an entrepreneur. “When I decided to go for RVP it seemed like anything that could go wrong, did go wrong,” laughs Samuele. “But I just stayed focused on the encouragement of my mentors and uplines who told me to ‘keep fighting the fight and it will all be worth it in the end.’”

Great work, Samuele! You met your challenges head on and rose above them to earn your RVP promotion!

Manzanillas Earn the Power Builder Ring

Thursday, May 16th, 2013

It’s been an exciting journey for Gigi & Arthur Manzanilla, of Pasadena, CA. Just a few years ago, Gigi worked as an accounting clerk earning $60,000 per year. After just three years as entrepreneurs, the Manzanillas are proud new Power Builder Ring earners, on track for even greater success!* (Primerica reps earn this distinction by reaching the $100,000 of income level and adding a minimum of 100 people to their team within a single 12-month period.)

“We don’t want to settle for anything ordinary,” Gigi enthuses. “We’ve got to achieve a lot more!”

To get to where they are today, the Manzanillas stick to a simple schedule. “We work 10-12 hours per day building the business in some way – whether it’s following up on business on POL, attending a meeting or Opportunity event, meeting with our new teammates and clients or simply listening to Company CDs while driving,” explains Gigi. “In short, we’re only focused on Primerica. We work hard, we improve ourselves daily and we pray hard!”

Awesome job, Gigi and Arthur! Your priority is changing lives – starting with your own. Keep up the great work!

Ricardos Earn the Power Builder Watch

Primerica congratulates Jeff & Tierra Ricardo, of Homewood, IL, for earning the Power Builder Watch! Primerica reps receive this recognition when they earn at least $50,000* in income and add a minimum of 50 people to their team within a single 12-month period.

“It feels good to get this accomplishment done. Now we’re working toward the Power Builder Ring. We take the (Company founder) Art Williams approach: 50 recruits in a year can translate to $50,000 of income and 100 recruits in a year can become $100,000. We’re focused on recruiting and building licensed distribution more than ever.”

Fantastic work, Jeff and Tierra! You’re headed in the right direction – and you’re helping a lot of people find their own success along the way.
